“2 Samuel 6:16 (New King James Version)
16 Now as the ark of the LORD came into the City of David, Michal, Sauls daughter, looked through a window and saw King David leaping and whirling before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart.”
and
She despised him in her heart and 2 Samuel 6:23 (New King James Version) reads ...
“23 Therefore Michal the daughter of Saul had no children to the day of her death.”
Worthy of note. However, it was accompanied by David’s joyful dance and heart.

I wrote you a long reply about my cortisone shot but lost it. So I will keep it short this time.
The shot in my shoulder was about 10 years ago and I have had no problems since. I do try to rotate the shoulders after spending long periods of time at the computer.
I’m praying that one cortisone shot will be all that you need and that it will do the trick. :)

>"I do make one of her recipes called "The Lady's Mac and Cheese" and it is goooood!"
She also has this recipe:
Paula Deen's Deep-Fried-Mac-and-Cheese
Personally, this doesn't sound too good,
But, I have friends who say it's to die for!
To: Billie
Sounds like a lot of fun. A good friend of mine’s sister lived in Texas for years and she and her husband visited her many times. My friend has pictures of them when they went down to the River Walk. It looked like so much fun. I know you all will have a ball!
I must get busy too, have much that I will attempt to do! LOL!

” ... When a shepherd restores a cast down sheep, he reassures it, massages its legs to restore circulation, gently turns the sheep over, lifts it up, and holds it so it can regain its equilibrium.
What a picture of what God wants to do for us! When we are on our backs, flailing because of guilt, grief, or grudges, our loving Shepherd reassures us with His grace, lifts us up, and holds us until weve gained our spiritual equilibrium.
If youve been cast down for any reason, God is the only one who can help you get on your feet again. He will restore your confidence, joy, and strength”

Oh that news is wonderful to hear!
Im praying that one cortisone shot will be all that you need and that it will do the trick. :)
That would be the best thing in the world to me! Wouldn't it be wonderful if one shot helped me. I feel so hopeful..thank you Amy! I wish I could get it today!

I saw her do that and I thought “My Lord, how fattening can you make Mac and Cheese?” My youngest son loves macaroni and cheese and I told him about that one time and he said he would love to try it. I should get the recipe for him and send it to him. He has a real nice electric deep fryer and I am sure he would make it.
He loves that ‘big time’ motocycle racing on t.v. and this weekend he and his girlfriend are going to Indianapolis to see one of their races. She is employed by racing and I can’t recall the name of the organization she’s with but she got tickets for them.....he was like a little kid!! As a matter of fact, they are on their way now. I spoke to him last night and they were going to try to get away by 10 or 11 this morning! Its about an eight hour drive!

I saw a rose, an ordinary rose It struggled to be seen In a garden overgrown With harsh reality. I saw a rose, an ordinary rose And this rose spoke to me, Pleading for attention: Is beauty not a need? I stopped to touch this ordinary rose And it reached out to me, Imparting its sweet fragrance To my senses gratefully. I saw a man, an ordinary man Who struggled to be seen, His spirit languished on the streets In dire neglect and need. I stopped to help this ordinary man Who struggled to be seen, And like the rose that bloomed with care He too reached out to me. Fate placed these roses in our midst So why should we complain? Remember who created them Who witnesses their pain. When next you meet that special rose That struggles to be seen, Remember, but for fate alone That could be you or me.
