Why don't he Joint Chiefs go to Obama and say "Sir, you must either present a valid full form birth certificate, step down, or we will remove you from office by force."
Isn't it their duty to do something like that? Isn't their accepting orders from Obama potentially carrying out illegal orders?

You are talking about logic. He never demonstrated that he met the constitutional requirements. Until he does, we must conclude that he does not. To do otherwise is illogical, dangerous, and risks supporting what may the largest fraud ever perpetrated on the US. If I’m wrong, I’m a fool. And yes, you’re right... about volunteering their blood. And then, again, on the other hand, there are a lot of “loud mouths” too... (seemingly ready to do so...), but I have a sneaking suspicion that if bullets began flying (especially if they were from military tanks and soldiers and *against* them) that they would be running the other direction as fast as they could...
That would really be a “bitch” to think you’ve got a military coup going, only to find out that the military is after you... LOL...

The trouble with that is that we’ve now got to conclude Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, and so on..., are/were not qualified — because none of them had produced their birth certificates when running for office, either... LOL...

The OTHER part of my post suggested that a federal court should require production of the birth certificate, in camera, with representatives of both sides present with experts able to verify its authenticity. That would close the question once and for all. Spending a million dollars to keep it under wraps does nothing to end the controversy.
The court could enforce a very stringent gag order of the parties who would view the bc. I.e., the parties and experts could merely view it, and verify its authenticity. There would be no information revealed about the parents’ marital status, the father listed on the cert, none of that information. It could be done in HI at the place where such records are archived and protected.
The court could then issue an opinion, and let the public know if it is or is not an authentic certificate of birth in HI. Very simple, really.

Well..., what I’m suspecting here, is that the leftists really don’t want to end the controversy and figure that they’re getting more political mileage out of this whole issue than they would if they ended it...
That seems to be the goal here, especially with the large volume of articles by the leftists about the birth certificate issue. They seem to be happy to paint conservatives who are hammering away on this issue as kooks and nuts and so on. And also, they seem to want to paint other conservatives (even those who are not taking up this issue) in the same light — which seems to be an attempt at marginalizing all conservatives...
I think it’s a ploy by the leftists, actually...
