The latest comes from U.S. Army Reserve Major Stefan Cook. He refused deployment to Afghanistan. Cook claimed his orders were illegal, because President Obama wasn’t born in the United States…. making him ineligible to be president and Commander-in-chief.

The thing about ALL of this that is so absurd is that it ends if he shells out the document.
Prediction, this will be where the question changes from:
“Is he eligible?”
to
“What’s he hiding, and why?”
The zipper effect it is going to start to have in terms of tying this back to ‘Transparency’.
How big a load is ‘transparency’ if you can’t reveal a document most parents have to come up with to get their kid into Little League?

Seems alot of the early citations have said that “natural born” is quite a step above Jus Sanguinis (citizenship because your birth mother is a citizen) or Jus Soli (citizenship because you were born on American soil).
“natural born” means parents are married, both parents are citizens, and there is NO dual citizenship or elements of conflict.
AFAIK, Obama does not pass these criteria.
