Obama eligibility case will be heard on the merits !! Please distribute everywhere.
At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

It seems to me this ‘predicament’ puts our nation at risk. A nation without a leader, regardless of how bad a leader, leaves the country vulnerable to any would be provacateurs. It must be dealt with expeditiously and with a steady hand.

Well, to me he either isn’t in his right mind or he doesn’t really see himself as the defender of the constitution of the United States of America.
I really see his goal as “re-distributing” our money to the world since I think he believes our prosperity to be white man’s ill gotten gains. He either really hates his white side or he sees “black anger” as an excuse to plunder Americans for his communist agenda.
I fear both are correct.
we should not expect that a guy born into a communist family in the early 1960s and who has spent his life surrounded by leftist radicals who HATE the USA and everything about its culture would become an Uncle Tom when in the White House. His whole perspective is hating rich Americans of non-color and the capitalist system. He hates the constitution that enshrined slavery as an institution and he hates those who, unlike himself, are economically successful. TO him, the world is an International world of workers rights and thug leadership who enjoy perks of power. It is inconceivable to me that mainstream America can't see that Obama hates their guts...
