Foiled Forever by Fossil Finding
Last January, Scientific American declared 2009 as the year of Darwin in celebration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of the revolutionary evolutionist who turned man into a monkey.
The celebration is understandable.
No thinker has accomplished more to create a cleft between science and religion.
No writer has done more to undermine the claim of scripture that man was made in the image and likeness of God.
No scholar has forged greater support for moral relativity and modern materialism.
His theories are treated as laws; his notions as knowledge; his speculation as science.
But a recent finding in Kenya has sent evolutionists into a tail-spin.
And freshly unearthed discoveries of Darwins life have caused the academic community to reconsider his greatness and his contribution to advancement of modern science.
The first debunking of Darwin came with the discovery this year of a 1.5 million-year-old footprint in northern Kenya - the oldest relic of primitive man since Mary Leaky discovered 3.75 million-year-old tracks in the volcanic ash of northern Tanzania.
Darwinist scientists who the footprint discovered in Kenya reluctantly came to the conclusion that it was made by Homo Erectus who had no business appearing in the lower Paleolithic period of world history.
By scanning the footprints with lasers and measuring sediment compression, the scientists determined that the individual who left this print had a modern foot and stride: a mid-foot arch, straight big toe and heel-to-toe weight transfer.

The only thing more amazing than this medicine show man advancing this with a staright face is the people not seeimg it for the nonsense it is.
Pretty much nothing, since the vast majority of the Universe is in constant “day” -—
So, if you believe that the word ALWAYS meant the same thing, what did the word “Yom” mean before their was an Earth?
The point, of course, is a “day” can be absolutely any length of time. To be even more specific, since our God is the God of the ENTIRE universe, how are we to know, for sure, which day and which night were being measured by the term "yom"? Time is the measure of DISTANCE, and not much else.
Dr. Paul L. Williams is arguably the most ignorant self-appointed expert on all topics around.
But there was a revolving Earth.
Where did you get the idea that there was not?
LOL, yes. sorry.
Oh, nevermind now. When there was no ambiguity, I once wanted to make the same point you made today, but in a short discussion we had last month where I tried to aid you. I can see now that here you are being provided opportunities for snark here and that you are enjoying it. I don’t wish to intrude on your fun.
I tend to be a bit more serious. Given the nature of my ping list, you already know that. I’ve a few strengths, and although patience may be among them, I hate wasting what time I have left maneuvering in a field where snark is in the air. ;)
God willing, we’ll probably get to discuss it another time.
This topic isn’t actually in the Religion forum, it’s in Chat. But it does belong in the Religion forum. For the most part, people who notice problems with this kind of screed don’t bother to read them any longer, hence no one noted the problems you listed. Yes, I agree, the article, or rather op-ed, doesn’t make much sense at all.

>>>Do you believe in Moses at all? Do you believe in Adam and Eve? Do you believe in Noah and the Flood? Do you believe in Sodom and Gomorrah? If not, then how can you believe in Jesus?
And while we’re at it, when did you stop beating your wife?
Thanks, ‘snark’ tends to be the essence of crevo threads, since the mods seem to lack the courage to zap the deliberate deceivers.
I suppose you can back up that statement with scripture?
Have you read the Bible? Have you read all the historical accounts of the Israelites and the Historical accounts of the early church, and the historical accounts of Christ?
Do you believe that Christ was raised from the dead, or that he walked on water, or that the seas calmed at his command?
Oh man, you're good.
I don't think I can possibly engage in a debate with someone with such a great debating technique as yours.
You win.
God said he created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them in six days. Man has said that is impossible and that God didn't do it that way.
Are they willing to tell that to his face?
For my money no site does a better job of debunking the evolution myth than Dr. Walt Brown PhD at creationscience.com. He used to be an evolutionary scientist but has a built much detail on a much better theory called the hydroplate theory which some say originated with Morris’ book - the Genesis Flood. Obviously, both try to envision how all that we see came to be through what is presented in the Bible.
All the time.
Hubris is the foolishness that knows no bounds.
I could not agree less. He is doing as most true believers do and letting the Holy Scriptures inform his scientific views rather than the other way around.
The fool has said in his heart there is no God.
(or better yet)
All thing are possible with God.
The deliberate deceivers have a well placed misleader.
Try this out. It is short, and thus, could be useful:

Yep!
The ultimate “conspiracy theory.”
Thanks.
The Bible was NEVER intended as a scientific or historical journal.
The Bible never claims that authority that some give to the Bible.
How could it?
The Bible was several seperate books until the 3rd Century, at the earliest.
You keep repeating that statement as if it were a fact. It is not a fact. It is your opinion, and it is an ignorant opinion at that.
You are like the evolutionists that refuse to admit that what they believe is nothing more than a theory.
Do you have any biblical evidence to support your statement?
Where does the Bible ever CLAIM the scientific authority that YOU give it?
I do not have to argue against something that is NOT in evidence.
Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust. For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?
