A private investigator has released to WND an affidavit that casts doubt on whether Barack Obama's family lived at the address listed in the published notice of his birth in 1961.

Hawaii has an interesting perspective on race, and always has. My son is dating a Hawaiian girl, and I have met her family several times. They explain that race has never been important to Hawaiians. A majority of the population in Hawaii is mixed race.

Kai lai’s parents laugh about Obama saying that growing up black in Hawaii was difficult. They say that is all made up to get sympathy for him. According to them, even in the 1960s-1970s, most Hawaiians would not even have noticed that BO was mixed race, let alone cared. They say it would have been extremely odd for anyone to have even mentioned the race of someone, for any reason. Apparently it was a true melting pot of many different races that all intermixed freely.

At the time of Obama’s birth, his mother would have had to have been an American citizen with at least 5 years of citizenship after the age of 16 (or is it 14?). She was only 18 when she gave birth and was therefor unable to confer citizenship on him as the sole citizen parent.

The children do not qualify as natural born citizens according to what the Senate (including the affirmative action figure bastard-in-chief) signed reagrding McCain’s status. As to a final answer, only a supreme court functioning in a the now defunct Constitutional Republic could have determined that.

Then that settles it, Barry is not a natural born citizen. His father is Kenyan, no one challenges that, so it simply doesn’t matter where he was born, who is mother was, where he went to school or whether or not he has a birth certificate.

Bacause Barry’s father was Kenyan, then Barry is not a natural born citizen, and never can be and is ineligible to be POTUS. Nuf said, case closed. I’m done with this

Here is the problem with fighthesmears narrative: We already have recorded that Obama's wife michellle said Obama's mother was "very young and very single" when obama was born. British law at the time of obama's birth only gave citizenship from the father to the son in the case that the father is married to the mother:ie the son is legitimate. See wikipedia 2.4.3Since obama's parents were NOT married -- how did obama get his British/Kenyancitizenship? Its not unreasonable to think that he got his British/Kenyan because he was born there--and not because of his parentage. Interestingly, recently both WorldNetDaily and DailyKos have reported that a copy of Obamas Kenyan Birth Certificate is on sale at ebay by an accredited seller. It is well established that Obama did travel to Indonesia and Pakistan in 1981. In a tape of his speech at this April 6, 2008 San Francisco Fundraiser, Obama discloses his trip to Pakistan (40:17) when he was in college. On what passport did he travel?

A last arguement for baraks people might be that of course the Kenyans would have an interest in claiming that obama was a "son of the soil" both as a matter of pride and as a matter of bucks coming their way. However, if Obama was not born in Kenya -- then why wouldn't Obama release his original long form birth certificate. Instead of just releasing his long form birth certificate he has paid his lawyers 1 million dollars from campaign contributions since Sept 08 to squash the suits brought on the issue. On top of that according to the LA Times since the election -- the Kenyans feel that Obama has gone out of his way to snub/ignore/distance-himself them. The Kenyans are putting up reasons like perhaps they are insufficiently perfected for him to notice them--but here in the USA we have seen Obama throw a number of embarrasing people from his past under the bus. Obama is going to Africa. Will he visit Kenya? Nope. Exactly What IS a Natural Born Citizen?

From there, Biden transitioned to the birth certificate controversy.

Les Kinsolving asked the Presidential Press Secretary Gibbs to release the long form birth certificate. The press secretary suggested mockingly that the copy of the short form birth certificate supplied online is Obama's long form birth certificate. Not so.There is even evidence to suggest the online "certification of live birth"--ie not a birth certificate--obama presented... was a forgery. See the press conference out take here.

The White House 'dialogue' site has to be scrubbed regularly because of long form birth certificate eligibility posts.

Rush Limbaugh joked several times on his radio show on 6/10/09: "What do God and Obama have in commen? (Answer) Neither have birth certificates."

Even the liberal LA Times on June 30, 2009 in an article dripping with contempt--conceded that the thing Obama's people posted online was "technically... not a birth certificate".

A bill in the US congress with five backers currently -- calls for future presidential candidates to be required to show a birth certificate.

Thelma died 10 years ago. Orland died 10 days before the newspaper article with the birth announcement appeared online. So the neighbor is the only one alive who could verify that obama was born next door. The neighbor says no.

You can’t change the rules after game starts.

Suppose celebrity Republicans Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was born in Austria and singer Gloria Estefan, who was born in Cuba, chose to run for President.
They would be prevented from doing so since per Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born citizen of the United States to hold office as President. Their births in Austria and Cuba would not be considered natural born citizenship.

A case might be made that Barack Obama knew that he was not eligibile to serve as President since he’s probably not a natural born citizen. Consequently, he forged a “Certification of Live Birth” (COLB) and advertised it to the American people as authentic.

Dr. Ron Polarik analyzed Obama’s COLB and determined it to be a forgery. I firmly agree with him. The enclosed link provides Polarik’s article and displays the alleged forged document while pointing out altered numbers and discrepancies, etc.:

It is a felony to forge a government document and there could be a multitude of felony counts contained here against Obama.

We the American people have the right to know if our President is eligible to hold office. For many, Obama has not proven this requirement.

Obama, I ask, WHERE were you born in Hawaii? Prove it! Where is your original birth certificate? Where?

The authorities MUST enforce the Constitution and require Obama to prove that he is a natural born American citizen. Action on this case is past due! If the Constitution were not going to be enforced, Schwarzenegger or Estefan could have been on the Republican ticket in 2008. What law permits the Democrats special privileges?

In closing, our past Presidents have Birthplace Museums. Just to name a few, Ronald Reagan has a Birthplace Museum in Tampico, Illinois and Bill Clinton has a Birthplace Museum in Hope, Arkansas where they were born. Where will Barack Obama’s Birthplace Museum be located at? At the Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya?

Let’s start with basics. If you wanted to know who lived at that address 46 years ago, you wouldn’t ask the neighbors.

(Skip the political stuff, and think about that for a moment.)

The investigator evidently did what he was asked to do: performed a limited,pointed investigation, that investigator and client both knew was unlikely to produce a definitive result.

It’s doubtful the investigator consulted the R.L. Polk City directories for 1960,1961,and 1962.

It’s doubtful the telephone company by-street directories for that time frame were consulted either.

Since the subjects were supposed to have been tenants,an alert investigator would have checked to see whether apartment utilities were metered separately-which they very commonly are; and, if so,would have checked with the utility companies involved to determine whether the subjects had had an account.

It might also have been useful to check public records in an effort to determine whether the mother was a registered voter.

There is also Welcome Wagon International,which-in that era-greeted newcomers to a neighborhood,and,in the course of friendly chat,performed a basic credit report on them.

There would also be Retail Credit Co,(now called Equifax) or its (then)subsidiary - Retailers Commercial Service, which might have performed a basic credit report or an insurance inspection on the mother.

In short, there were any number of paper trails to follow-any of which could have produced a definitive,no-arguments answer; but I see not the slightest suggestion this was done.

If it was not done (assuming the investigator was even moderately competent),logic suggests there was a reason not to do so : that reason being a desire for a “cloudy”, non-definitive report.
