As WND reported, colmado_naranja's original listing claimed, "President Barack Hussein Obama II was born in The Coast Provincial Hospital at Mombasa in Kenya at 7:24 p.m. on August 4, 1961."
The seller, who according to the eBay rankings has completed dozens of transactions on the behemoth auction site without difficulties, further said this birth certificate is the real deal, obtained while he was traveling in Kenya.
"Kenyans were amused at how gullible Americans could be when it came to obvious things like the fact that Kenyans overtly admit to Barack Jr.'s Kenyan birth, yet the Americans continue to believe that they know better," colmado_naranja wrote. "I delved further and found that a birth certificate was on file at The Coast Provincial General Hospital at Mombasa."

Tell me you are really naive enough to think someone really doesn’t care what happens as long as they get rewarded for their efforts (eg. money)!!!!!
Looks like he sells a lot of collectibles-rare books and coins and so on.

Liberals arent intelligent- they’re just devious, malicious control freaks.
So Ebay has joined the radical left. I’ll be staying away from Ebay for a while.
Isn’t it curious that although Obama has family in Kenya and connections there and has written a book about it and was over there a year ago campaigning for his cousin Railla Odinga, WE SEE ALMOST NOTHING ABOUT KENYA IN THE NEWS?
Wouldn’t you think they’d send a few reporters over there to dig up a few human interest stories at least?
Nothing.
A while back there were a couple of stories that his grandmother was planning to go on the Hajj to Mecca, and then nothing. Did she go? Did they even report on the Hajj this year?
Hey. Kenya should be really chic. Hollywood stars should be going there on vacation. Food reporters should be telling us what they eat, and where the fashionable hotels are. Why the black hole?
Yep,the guy was a ebayer with a perfect record.I’ve been doing ebay for years. It would be suicide for him to put out a false document.I checked out his purchases on ebay.Everyone can.
I’m sure the man, if he has a copy, has several.
Soros wont allow the affirmative action figure fraud-in-chief to stiff on him now
“Isnt Soros about 110 by now?”
Soros is in his seventies and has enough money to buy your organs and live forever.
Knowing the wealth of Kenya, one wonders how many certifiable originals she has.
Wonder what ever happened to Phillip J. Berg that said he had a recording of a telephone call from the senator’s paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.
What happened to him. They shut him up?
Every time I see Soros I think of Davros, ogresque father of the Daleks, absolute enemies of humankind.
But here is a partial listing and status update for some of the cases over Obama’s eligibility:
* New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn’t properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president.
* Pennsylvania Democrat Philip Berg has three cases pending, including Berg vs. Obama in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a separate Berg vs. Obama which is under seal at the U.S. District Court level and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, (now dismissed) brought on behalf of a retired military member who could be facing recall to active duty by Obama.
* Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.
* Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut’s secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.
* Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state’s 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public’s support.
* Chicago lawyer Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama’s vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.
* Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama’s eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama’s citizenship. His case was denied.
* In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.
* Also in Ohio, there was the Greenberg v. Brunner case which ended when the judge threatened to assess all case costs against the plaintiff.
* In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama’s citizenship. The case was denied.
* In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama’s birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia’s secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.
* California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters. She also has brought forward several other cases and has conducted several public campaigns to generate awareness of the issue.
In addition, other cases cited on the RightSideofLife blog as raising questions about Obama’s eligibility include:
* In Texas, Darrel Hunter vs. Obama later was dismissed.
* In Ohio, Gordon Stamper vs. U.S. later was dismissed.
* In Texas, Brockhausen vs. Andrade.
* In Washington, L. Charles Cohen vs. Obama.
* In Hawaii, Keyes vs. Lingle, dismissed.

If this is real he should of left it in Kenya. Now no one can prove that it really is genuine.
Depends what is on it. And I’m sure there are plenty of ways to verify authenticity-start with hiring an expert that can analyze it.
Do you recall which of the Berg cases had the judge telling plaintiffs that the CoLB Internet image had been twittered, viewed, etc. so much there could be no question of authenticity? He never saw anything but the Internet forgery by which to base his ruling.
Such proof would be ever more valuable and ever more dangerous for an individual to posses, unless you wanted to sell it to the right person or group or perhaps a foreign power or entity, any of whom might know best how to use it to get what they wanted from obama and the country.
I think obama, his handlers and the demonrats in power would sell the store to stay in power and avoid any BC troubles. Very high blackmail potential.
