I was gone, and now I’m here. Been playing with Piper till bedtime. I am watching a show called Royal Pains. Set in the Hamptons, and I, of course, thought of you! :D

It’s very pretty there. Have you ever eaten at a place called Chewy’s?....for clams? It was on the pilot show. Just curious.

Oh wow           Poached Squid how wonderful I can hardly wait til next Friday I'm so excited it looks so delicious but you really shouldn't have gone to all that trouble just for me.

Glad it sounds good, Billie.
But, IMMHO, the only way to enjoy squid
Is at PF Changs as calamari (and it is fried):

I'll try to find you another heart healthy dish next FRYday,
That will be just as delicious poached (or steamed). ;-)

I hope - I think - you realize I was kidding! I couldn't handle that poached squid.

Honestly, I'm not a seafood or fish lover, so the calamari doesn't appeal to me either.

I'm a big fan of chicken-fried steak and make it often - with mashed potatoes and cream gravy, of course. (is there any other way to eat it?) :)
