I'm growing lots of herbs this year. The size of the herb garden has doubled and I am growing a lot of medical herbs along with cooking herbs. Yes, I guess you could say I am feeling uneasy. :(

We are putting in a still room in the basement.

I keep trying to get a free sample from the beer guys in the stores when they make deliveries, but all they do is laugh at me.

Last fall when I harvested dried, distilled, crushed, pesto'd and otherwise put up the herbs the kitchen was a MESS for about a week and smelled strongly for a month. My Darling Husband says that he does not want to go through that again so I am getting a "Distillery Room" where I may putter to my hearts content.
