A few weeks ago, I suggested hypothetically that active military might have standing to bring a class action to question Obama’s POTUS eligibility. After reviewing various sections of the Uniform Code of Military Justice pointed out to me by various readers, I came to the conclusion that such a law suit would probably not only fail, but would also subject soldiers to potential court martial.

Is there a ex-JAG group of attorneys these brave soldiers can contact or a form for them? Leo offered suggestions. I think active military, reserve and retired military is the only way to get the courts to pay attention and stop playing aorund with standing.

What happens if someone like Iran grabs some soldiers and claims they’re unlawful combatants? Does Zero continue to refuse to prove his eligibility and let them go to trial in Iran?
So far he has only provided a bogus COLB. I think some of our soldiers realize how serious this is. A lot of people risked a lot more at the founding of this country.
Our soldiers need competent legal support and our support. The GOP needs to get off their arse too along with conservative talk radio.

The good LT Must obey all apparently lawful orders. He knows this, and he also knows that Hussein will NOT release any documentation that might get him removed from Office unless he is forced to do so. Easterling is performing the career equivalent of jumping on a hand grenade for his country. And yes, he may face dire legal consequences for doing so.
I think he should get the peace time equivalent of the MOH if and when his actions reveal this usurper for the counterfeit that he is.

And yes, you are right, under Obama spending is way out of control just as it was a few months ago when Bush and Paulson forced the Trillion Dollar Bank and Wall St. Bail Out upon us.
