Don’t know what his problem is with the Garand, and, as a manly man, I don’t care. I like the inclusion of the Martini Henry Rifle - from the Zulu, NOT ZULU, wars!

And if I were to make up a list, I would have included the Brown Bess, the Pennsylvania Long Rifle, the Hawken Rifle and the Colt Walker Dragoon as far more manly than the suppository cuns he lists.

Made in Obama’s corrupt crap state of Illinois. Somebody on FR said their production was sold out for 2 years after 9/11 by special forces guys buying DSA rifles including their SA58 FALs. the guy that owns the company builds great rifles from what I have heard.

I have the # 8, Colt Python .357 Magnum in the 6 inch version, polished stainless steel.

I'll never forget the faces of two thugs that got to see the business end of it one night when they tried to run me off of a road.

"Manly guns?" I actually own and enjoy a few of the ones pictured, and I really love gun porn too, but this "Manly" stuff creeps me out. I did recently pick up a CZ-97B however and oh my God, is it ever butch!

Neither list included the Liberator. I mean what could possibly more manly than sneaking up on a Nazi bastard with a single shot weapon, capping him, then taking his weapon to use on his Nazi buddies that come around the corner shouting “Mein Lieben!”

Have you read Pohl?

I think he was a communist, but a friend of mine says his books are really good.

Has anybody here ever owned a Kimber handgun? I’m thinking about buying one and would love any opinions.

Sorry, Michael, but I've owned a M93 Turkish contract Mauser, and a 1960's production Python - and my 1898 Lee-Enfield carbine & 5" Smith M27 beat both of them, hands down.

I owned a Webley .476 revolver for quite some time (had to sell it to pay an unexpected tax bill from Uncle Sam), so I can agree regarding the .455. And I am still looking for a nice Martini.

;>)

As for the FAL - I still have the third one I built, and will never sell it. There's a reason they call the FAL "The Free World's Right Arm"...

I really should get a boomstick made before 1899. Good way of telling Gloomberg to stick it.

I’ve got the Mauser. I’d like to get a Webley and a Nagant, too.
