A lot of FReepers don't like Google, but it can be amusing sometimes.
I tried entering the words in this picture/article myself and got exactly the same results. This works!

Google “top searches” is edited by google. Such “funny” returns (or political results) may have been manually manipulated.
In this instance, such listings generate traffic as people “go to check”.
They intially denied they edited the results, but they fessed up to it late last year.

I like the second to last one best. It sums things up very well. For example...
