Israel continues its incursions and attacks on Palestinian terrorists, AKA Hamas, in Gaza.
And many of us regroup after a busy season with Family and Friends in December.

Good morning, Molly. Sorry for the confusion. It sounded like Jemian was traveling, but she was just asking where I was yesterday in her post and then she mentioned in the same breath that she was changing planes here..... leave it to me to get confused. LOL!
Early Tuesday morning Sarah was coming home from work. She gets out at 1:00am...ack! Well, she was doing fine until she was 3/4 of the way down this small hill close to our house. She was NOT going fast, but had to brake for a stop sign at the bottom the the hill. The road was a sheet of ice and as she applied her brakes she slid into a snowbank. Not far. Only about 1 foot. Since the road was so icy there was no way she could get enough traction to back out. Plus she would be backing out...up the hill.
She walked about one half of a mile home at about 2:00am. I did NOT like that. She has a cellphone. I bet it needed a charge. :(
Luckily, Greg was home and in less than 15 minutes he was able to help her get out.
I hate icy roads. We have them now. I'm staying put unless it warms up. Please! You do the same.

Mozie, I want to hear how surprised Katie was. I’m glad Evan got to be with her. JT is expressing a lot of boredom overseas. He says there is not much at all for him to do.
I have no clue how to drive with icy roads. I remember some bad scenes from my earliest childhood when I lived in Greensburg, PA.
I am enjoying an early spring here. Things are beginning to bud.

RE:Icy roads...I'd rather be caught in a blizzard. At least then I would have more control. Snow can actually give traction. Ice? Forget it.
She really did her best. I'm so thankful the outcome was only getting up 2 a.m. to assist.
Good news is that her hours may change to 7am-4pm. She doesn't like that. She's a night owl. Mama is happy, though, if I can get her to get to sleep at a decent hour.
We were on high carbs since Christmas..off this past Monday. Already I feel better.

I’m still coming off the high. Ice Cream really does help the throat and cough. Plus, the ice cream available in Indo isn’t very good. It is too icy and not creamy, plus they don’t sell just vanilla. Anyway, I’m looking at two years without any possibility of ice cream.
So, there is my weakness. It will all change in less than two weeks.
The cough is slowly lessening its grip on me. Yea!
Better to eat good ice cream as long as you can, Jem.
