Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.
They haven’t said anything about how the divorce documents led to the finding a Kenyan birth certificate. First Hale spent 30 minutes crowing that the divorce decree he just posted on his site would bring Obama down, and then this attorney just spent 30 minutes completely ignoring it, and just regurgitating every birther theory from A-Z.
What’s new? This is nothing more than a bait and switch. Now were told we’re going to have to wait for this other birth certificate document they supposedly have tracked down but don’t have in their possession.
My bet? Hale never produces this new Kenyan birth certificate.
You seem to be reading more into my post then what was written.
I say that what you have posted on Arthur shows that this issue is someting that Americans have cared about before and that it is a good thing. Back then American’s may not have had the resolve and resources that we do today so today may be different (or do you not agree?)
I applaud those who are fighting the good fight on these issues of ‘natural born” and “Kenyan birth” and I do not for an istance believe that the case you posted on poses any ‘incovienant truth’ at all but simplypoints out that this has ben an important issue in the past as well.
Another interesting list for you to consider. I haven’t checked into it yet.

Nope, that was never resolved, although they *tried* to prove it, but failed. So, according to some here — Chester A. Arthur was *never the President* since he never qualified, under the Constitution.

Her “alias” is merely her initial from her maiden name. (Dunham). If no one has put that together before now to search that as a possible “alias” then this investigation in the hands of fools.
Ed is asking attorney how to get a copy of the birth certificate. Attorney says they can use FOIA or the document may even be online if it were registered through a port of entry.

Well, I’ve never said that it’s not a Constitutional requirement — but I am saying that another President did not meet the Constitutional requirements — and thus I’m wondering if he can *still* be considered “President” even though he never met those requirements.
And I’m also wondering what happened with all that legislation that he signed?
Now, whatever happened with him, in history, will tell us what will happen with Obama (history tells the story)...
