On the other hand, if it’s made in America by American workers, I agree: buy it.

That leaves out most of the electronic gadgets.

“8 Stocks for the Sale of the Century”
By Jennifer Schonberger
November 25, 2008

ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Black Friday is right around the corner, and as retailers are poised to roll out doorbusters and discounts deeper than any we’ve seen in years, the stock market is literally having the sale of the century. Energy companies and industrial companies are selling for some of the cheapest multiples seen in decades, as many fundamentally sound companies have been unfairly pummeled.”

“Homes sale prices still falling in Lee, Marco housing market showing signs of life”

By LAURA LAYDEN (Contact)
Originally published 7:05 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2008

NAPLES —

ARTICLE SNIPPET: “In Lee County, 60 percent of the homes being sold today are bank owned, said Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes & Co., a real estate company based in Fort Myers.

“It’s like Black Friday in the real estate market every day,” he said. “So when people line up to get their latest hot toy on Friday the day after Thanksgiving that is what shopping in the real estate market is like every day in Lee County, with one exception. We are not going to run out of Game Boys. There is so much out there.”

There are 4,000 homes on the market for less than $100,000 in Lee County, Grimes said. Most of them are in Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral, where a frenzy of investors scooped up properties in 2004 and 2005, pushing prices sky high.”

StupidStuff.org is your one-stop shop on the internet for the best time-wasters, weird pictures, utter nonsense, and yes, stupid stuff.
