“8 Stocks for the Sale of the Century”
By Jennifer Schonberger

ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Black Friday is right around the corner, and as retailers are poised to roll out doorbusters and discounts deeper than any weve seen in years, the stock market is literally having the sale of the century. Energy companies and industrial companies are selling for some of the cheapest multiples seen in decades, as many fundamentally sound companies have been unfairly pummeled.”
Watching the Financial shows,,,some are urging caution...hedge fund manager...Barton Biggs says this may be the alltime greatest Bear market Rally coming at some point.

NAPLES
ARTICLE SNIPPET: “In Lee County, 60 percent of the homes being sold today are bank owned, said Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes & Co., a real estate company based in Fort Myers.
Its like Black Friday in the real estate market every day, he said. So when people line up to get their latest hot toy on Friday the day after Thanksgiving that is what shopping in the real estate market is like every day in Lee County, with one exception. We are not going to run out of Game Boys. There is so much out there.
There are 4,000 homes on the market for less than $100,000 in Lee County, Grimes said. Most of them are in Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral, where a frenzy of investors scooped up properties in 2004 and 2005, pushing prices sky high.”
Thats interesting.
Thank you Ernest.
What part of Florida is that?
