OBAMA ADMITS HE WAS A BRITISH CITIZEN "AT BIRTH" - AS SUCH, OBAMA IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES
Barack Obama's official web site, Fight The Smears, admits he was a British Citizen at birth. At the very bottom of the section of his web site that shows an alleged official Certification Of Live Birth, the web site lists the following information and link thereto: FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship
“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”
That is a direct admission Barack Obama was a British citizen "at birth".

That is INCORRECT. I have a CALIFORNIA birth certificate very similar to the Hawaiian “COLB” that Obama claims to possess - and I was born in ENGLAND! (But ADOPTED in California.)
I described this in an earlier post, so if you are curious, just back up a few posts.

I'm sure that you are pulling our collective legs.
Amen!
ping.
If what you mean by "American-only born citizens" excludes dual national born individuals (American and some other nationality at birth) from the presidency, you accept Mr. Donfrio's interpretation of the "Natural Born Citizen" clause. But there is no known legal precedent for that interpretation.
Thus the place of Obama's birth might well be the dispositive issue.
Can't see the date of birth as an important issue. If he were born in Hawaii in 1958, he would still be "natural born," because Hawaii was an American territory at that time. And if were born in Kenya in 1958, he would still NOT be "natural born."
Don't be so condescending. We all know this.
The question remains; where was b Hussein o born?
Please give FACTS and only the facts, along with corresponding PROOF!
THAT is the question that needs answered!
There are three reported witnesses (grandmother and two half-siblings) to his birth in Kenya....and NONE to his birth in HI. No Dr, Nurse, neighbor, family member, friend has come forward to say they were there or had memories of “THE ONES” birth. (Even his now deceased grandmother was kept from all interviews.
Specific statements have been made regarding the African birth: Male child born to Sr and SAD in Coast Provincial General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya,...... There are at least two hospitals that have been named as possible places of birth in HI but no confirmation of either.
BOTH Kenya and HI has said they cannot release information, yet we know that HI registered foreign births and then issued BC based on information from other sources.
Just reason folks!
Being eligible for dual citizenship due to foreign birth is NOT disqualifying.

Aren’t we saying the same thing?
That’s rich!
“She clearly states it is an original birth certificate.”
Agreed and it is so stated at pg. 11 of the Petition. But that does not settle the issue. As the Petition further provides, there are two forms of a birth certificate Fukino could have viewed.
One form, a COLB, may be persuasive evidence -but only if - the selection of Hawaii is made as opposed to other locations provided on the form as the place of birth. If so, the form can be authenticated by comparing the birthing information set out on the form with local hospital records.
The other form, Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, was available prior to 1972 for the asking within one year of a birth based on the testimony of a single witness. Such a form has little value in this issue.
One could argue that banker gma was sufficiently aware of the difficulties Hawaiian non-citizens had with bank loan applications to assure her gson was certified as a natural born citizen, if in fact he actually was.
Is Fukino so biased she would parse her words? It is certainly possible. At least one informed poster has stated that - let me put this politely - Fukino shares Os political philosophy.
I’ll take your word for that, but it did not appear in post #55 that I was responding to.
However, if we hadn't, the general public might never have known about Bill Ayers, Ayers manifesto “Prairie Fire”, Ayers stomping on the flag and claiming to be “guilty as hell and free as a bird,” Rev. Wright, Father Flegler, Soros, 0bama’s connections to ACORN, etc.......
So, if our work doesn't appeal to you, that's fine. Just move over and let us continue to research. We've been called everything in the book (tinfoil hat freak, right wing loon, conspiracy theory nuts,etc... and that's fine too. It rolls off and we roll on.
This guy is an enigma and to quote Winston Churchill on enigmatic Russia (and I think the same can be said of 0bama) I cannot forecast to you the action of Russia. It is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma; but perhaps there is a key. That key is Russian national interest.
I'm not altogether sure that I am comfortable with 0bama’s “national interest.”
Ill take your word for that, but it did not appear in post #55 that I was responding to.
_______________
Actually, it did - I copied and pasted it from post 55. Were you perhaps replying to someone else?
There was a thread here yesterday morning asserting such, but it was in line with his other chameleon like identities.
