A group of scientists is building the world’s most evil computer program. This isn't a B-movie setup: A team at Rensselaer Institute’s AI & Reasoning Lab is bringing personified evil to virtual life in the hope that they'll unlock the secrets of human morality. The researchers have given their creation a face and a name, and quiz it daily, using its answers to further blacken its hideous character.

It could be the "Beast" that's mentioned in the book of "Revelations". Who knows.

Having used both, I can say ME was a horrible and mercifully short-lived piece of garbage while Vista is actually their most technically sound and reliable implementation of Windows to date.
Do you get your opinions from Apple ads?

Pure evil will be pretty and sweet.
Probably attractive, but no threateningly so.
Tell you what you want to hear.
That is true evil.

I’m using Vista 64 Enterprise and it is MS best desktop O/S to date.
It even runs with the horrendous Novell Client 32 for 64 bit.
You do need the correct hardware though. A dual core rocks with Vista.
ME was garbage, no one in the IT world that I know of bothered to implement it, went straight to Windows 2k from Windows 98 and NT 4.0.

Do you get your opinions from Apple ads? LOL! No, my post was somewhat tongue-in-cheek. I had ME and indeed it was a train wreck. As far as Vista, I merely parrot what I hear from other computer users and what is often posted here.
I understand the updated versions are improved - I sure hope so.
But MS has a fatal marketing flaw by trying to dictate terms to the marketplace. That strategy can work for a time, but sooner or later the customer finds a way around it.
It is inevitable.
