Gustav heads inland s. of NOLA, and the R convention plans are on hold, day by day.
It seems the Dems have a “method” for demonizing and destroying. They started it with Bork and perfected it with Ken Starr and others - by dribbling out garbage every day. I thought it wouldn’t work with Bush (Iraq, Katrina) - but it did.
Rush and Sean and others then make it worse by talking about it.

I missed it - but my local radio morning host is saying Fred hit a home run.
But I see Obama is way up in the polls (delayed bounce). I think the hurricane trashing/Palin trashing will be effective as well.
I also think that Rush and the rest are also trashing Palin by talking about the negatives 24/7.
I missed it, too. I read some of his statements.
Yes, I agree...........Rush, et al, need to go on offense and not even respond to MSM filth, nor do they need to repeat it.

I was pumped watching last night. Response from audience last night every time Palin’s name was mentioned was awesome. Think response for her was even more rousing than when McCain’s name was mentioned.
I’ll be watching.

I thought Lieberman was....so-so. He’s good on the WOT and Israel but frankly, Lieberman is no Zell Miller. He did appeal to democrats to vote for the RIGHT PERSON. (for once)
Traveling day today, we’ll end up at my in-laws for about a week and I’m looking forward to it. We’ll certainly be watching tonight’s convention and Gov. Palin’s speech.
