This is the kind of stupidity that will disparage anything bloggers say. There is no doubt that Barak Obama is a natural born U.S. citizen. To say otherwise, or even to insinuate otherwise, sounds about as paranoid and irrational as the “truthers”.
Does anyone really want to sound as paranoid and irrational as them?

But do you honestly think that a lawsuit about this would fly? I would like to think so, but I doubt too much within our judicial system to think they would care about a silly thing like our Constitution.
To: Neville72
Democrats dont care about rules.
If this is true, and if Obama is not eligible, according to the rules, the Democrats will not care. And if someone (the Supreme Court?) tells the Democrats Rules must be followed. You have to care. Its over
Well
our cities will burn.

Could the same have been said of Barry Goldwater? He was born in Arizona before it became a state ... at that time it was just a territory ... it became a state in 1912 and he was born before that ...

It would be a good idea to have those running for office submit their birth certificate, so it can be examined for authenticity. That is only prudent, given the times in which we live.

As I understand it, he was born in Hawaii when Hawaii was a state. Thus, under the SCOTUS view of the 14th Amendment, doesn't that automatically made him a natural born citizen? Indeed, wouldn't the noted details only apply if he hadn't been born in the U.S.? I'm not against raising this argument against him; I just want it to be solid. Thus, my questions.

If a Mexican drops a baby in Texas and it is a citizen, I guess his mama dropping him in Hawaii will qualify him too.

This is absolute nonsense. This sentence, in particular, has been driving me crazy.
Now you can see why Obamas aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery
It makes no sense whatever.

If this ever went to court it would drag out for years...Osama would make sure of that.If it’s still pending on Inauguration Day he’ll most certainly be sworn in and if, during his tenure as President, the Supreme Court were to decide that he wasn’t a “natural born citizen” then a huge,years-long court battle would begin regarding removing him from office.Translation...this will not prevent him serving one or two full terms,as decided by the electorate.

So a child born on American soil to a native-born (indeed 10th generation, or something like that) American woman is not an American citizen unless she is at least 21 years old?
Congratulations, this post now holds the new record for asininity.
