What would be great entertainment at the RNC in Minneapolis?

A colleague of mine and I were discussing great groups that would be ideal for entertaining at the Republican National Convention, and I thought why not see if any of the many brilliant freepers might have a bit of wisdom in this matter.
I'm a little older so not too up on all that hip music the kids are listening to, but some good ideas were:
3 Doors Down Switchfoot Sara Evans
and my favorite:
Hall & Oates (I told you I was old)
I appreciate any constructive ideas.
Thanks in advance.

I hope the Bon Jovi suggestion was meant as irony. He's a died in the wool, leftist idiot who toured the country raising money for John F'n Kerry.
How about Billy Joal? Bruce Willis can sing, and he's conservative. Eddie Murphy can sing, and I THINK he's conservative. And then there's Will Smith, who has GOT to be conservative. what with all the things he's said and done during his musical and acting careers.

It is purely speculative, but winning ideas will be passed on to folks that may have power.....

Argh.... and Darryl Worley is a VERY good choice. I would LOVE to watch him get up there and sing “Have You Forgotten”.

Really? Will Smith? I’m a little surprised by that. I wonder if he’s a conservative in the same vain as Bill Cosby?
