Rev. Wright gave an astonishing, jaw-dropping speech before the NAACP last night. Will it be covered by the MSM? Is this the kind of speech we need to get beyond the race issue - Obama's first position during this campaign season, OR to confront honestly this country's racial history - Obama's second , post-Wright position, during this campaign season?
I understand the Rev. will be talking at the National Press Club this morning....covered probably by CSPAN.

GOOD MORNING TO ONE AND ALL FROM THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA AND, may I report to one and all that your tax money is being miss used every hour on the pretext of KATRENA assistance. Makes you sick to see it just being thrown away by by the buckets full. Ever freeloader in the US is here with hands out and are getting all kinds of assistance. BUT, one bright spot, it is worse in New Orleans if that is possible.
Now Toby, take three deep breaths, relax and sit back cause there is nothing you can do but gripe.
We have a fenced in back yard for the kids to play in and it is fairly large. They still won't let me use the push mower so, I turned our three horses in the back and those rascals are doing better than the mower. Oh well, so they do a little ‘dropping’ and I scoop it up for the compost pile,
Being it has been sometime since I have done anything, total on my back, started working and have found muscles I never knew I had. Suggestion, buy stock in Ben-Gay, I use it by the gallon Seems like anyhow)
Time to get that 3rd cup os coffee and watch for D to get up, oh yeah, Caleb threw his first temper anteroom yesterday, fell to the floor, kicked, jerked, ‘yelled’ like mad, so cute buy you know? He got his way, I saw to that with loud protest from momma.

mORNING, looks like rain here, think I will do nothing for sure.
Thank you all so much for your prayers for my aunt, Monica. As of yesterday evening things did not look good. She was in and out of coherency.
Her daughter, Kim, called me in tears, asking for me to tell the “aunties” that things weren’t looking too good and to see if they could make a trip up to OK this weekend to see Monica. My mom called, spoke to Monica, but all she could say was that she was not doing good and she couldn’t talk. Not that there was no time to talk, but that physically she could not talk.
My uncle was to talk to her doctor today to discuss hospice. At 6:16 this morning, my dad called to say that my aunt passed away during the night.
Monica has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior.
Thank you to everyone who lifted her up in prayer.
I have to admit, mother' day weekend I put out the hummingbird feeders. I may do it today. I think I saw one buzz by me this morning and said summertime cuteness deserves FOOD. LOL
Be joyful in the celebration of Aunt Monica’s life, DG.
