Thank you. Hope that all is well.
Glad to hear that your weather is improved. You are so correct about celebrating my birthday. Actually, my birthday is tomorrow. Maybe I will treat myself and go out and buy a new computer as mine got fried during a power spike / failure. It also took out the computer that my work had given me to do work at home. Of course the company is going to fix that one. I am one the one from my weekend stint, so when I leave here I have no computer and that gives me lots of time to keep Calli awake. Hope that all is well with you.

Very, very pretty Lady, thank you. I have had an early dinner already. I bought all ready cooked stuff, something I usually do not do.
My kids have been on vacation in Florida, so they fore warned me I would have to take care of me this Easter. ;0) Well, I did!
Hotcross Buns, ready cooked chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing mix, Ambrosia Salad, and Peeps.
These last few days I have been battling a lousy cold. Sneezing and so forth. I have a slight headache, too.
Best part for me is we are getting FREE HBO all their channels, I have been watching John Adams! Love it!
I really dig early American History.
NYA, sorry you are without a home computer, yes, go out and buy one. As for Calli, well, she needs your downtime! LOL
I was sorely tempted once again, the SPC had a gorgeous, long haired mostly white cat for adoption. Poor thing had been hit by a car, they had to rebuild her face - she lost one eye. Her name is Maid Marian. One of these times I will break down. She is very gorgeous. She has very light calico markings around her face. When I am convinced that I will no longer take an occasional plane to parts unknown I will get one. Not before then. So I will just pine away. ;0)
A change of meds put my tummy off a couple weeks ago and food hasn’t interested me nor has it been good to me, so I’ve been sluggish and dwulby, too.
SF, you must get another cat. I go away for 4 or 5 days at a time without getting a sitter and could leave for longer if I got or made a feeder with that capacity.
Probably one of the main reasons there are more cats in the US today than dogs is because people travel away from home more often.
When you STOP traveling you get a dog; you sposedly already have the cat.
How can your birthday be tomorrow, when last year it was on Easter Sunday in April?? Just curious, LOL

Time for a nap, see you all later.
I was born on Easter Sunday (March 24, 1940). So I was an Easter Bunny arrival to my poor mother. My parents broke the mold when I was born. Sorry for the confusion. You also have a damn fine memory. As with me, I never forget anything I remember.
Kitties may be left for several days with plenty of dry food, water and two litter boxes..Years ago I had a neighbor I trusted check in on a kitty when my mother was ill. I really love having Silky around. She is so good natured and good company.
I am sorry you both have not been well..I am having a real back attack ..and haven’t a clue why. The heating pad is my close buddy today.
Happy Movie Watching!
I agree, rescued cats from a shelter can make a nice companion. I got Calli from a shelter. She was with an elderly couple that had died within a few months of each other. But Calli can be a loving pest at times. I wouldn’t trade her.
We mostly get our cats from shelters. Occasionally one comes in through the back door. I’ve had purebreds and love Siamese, one of which I have now, but except for Siamese I prefer the shelter cat and that’s what’s coming next.
Gotta have a cat. The cafes are a great idea.
I think we put Soaring Feather to sleep talking about cats.
