Good morning! I was up and so started the thread....
Ralph Nader, the bete noir of the Left, has proclaimed his candidacy.
Hillary is going so negative, shrill and sarcastic in her Ohio and Texas campaigning, it's only going to scare more voters and delegates to her opponent's side.

Damage to the roof
My friend Phil did some maintenance including repalcing the guttering before the insurance work was carried out, taking advangtage of the scaffold being up.
He also found these in the loft which we think were put there when the house was first built as good luck charms.
That’s wonderful that they will start working on the damage tomorrow. It’s been a long wait. You must be happy.
Relieved and thankful that we have only had one or 2 major bouts of rain since the storm damage so that we have minimal water in the house.
Also I am as you say happy that Phil has also managed to do some of the maintenance jobs that needed to be done but were really impossible without the scaffolding due to the height of our property and we could not really afford to pay for scaffold etc just for priming woodwork and replacing a gutter.

Copy and paste the addy between the 2 quotes in the img src tag, like this.

Replace the ( and ) with < and >.
No spaces in the tag.
I don't think it's going to work this time either.
