Here's an example.

By right clicking the picture and clicking properties it will show the url (addy) which is http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1243/1041811244_de828aaa68_o.jpg.

Copy and paste the addy between the 2 quotes in the img src tag, like this.
(img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1243/1041811244_de828aaa68_o.jpg")
Replace the ( and ) with < and >.
No spaces in the tag.
