Good morning, and welcome to Super Duper Tuesday Week...It's also the culmination of Mardi Gras, and oh yes, there was a big football game of some sort yesterday...
Hollywood Writer's strike is expected to end this week...
I think we can all agree that the politicians leading the field as we go into this week are busy making promises all over the place! Prodigious Pandering is the week's theme.
"I'll get Bin Laden", one shouts..."I'll give you free, universal health care" another proclaims....

We were expecting ice over night...but don't think it turned up, thank goodness, altho a closer inspection is necessary.
Really, if there wasn't so much to do, I'd just climb back under the covers....for no other reason except laziness and winter blahs....

It is better now, but that doesn’t mean it is good. We also have bad electricity, too. I often shout curses during the blackouts saying things like, “In the US we never have blackouts like this. Only during hurricanes and blizzards,” or “Why don’t you switch to hydroelectricity?” This is done for those bugs listening in the house.
It also makes me feel better.
