I think we can all agree that the politicians leading the field as we go into this week are busy making promises all over the place! Prodigious Pandering is the week's theme.

"I'll get Bin Laden", one shouts..."I'll give you free, universal health care" another proclaims....

I'm waiting for someone to tell us he/she will make our repairmen arrive on time, and that the cable connection will never waver.

Maybe those promises will come next week....

Every time a Dem commercial comes on, I snicker about that. What will Obama do when the factories close? Hire them all? Send them checks every month?

They are so meaningless.
