That picture is precious but the poem has me crying like a baby. Thank you for reminding us of our responsibilities as pet owners.

I’m so happy that Millie and Louie/Max have Marissa. They both adore her as she does them.

I hate to go to the shelter because I always want to bring all of them home. We will be going after Easter to look at kittens.

Oh my dear, this has broken my heart...so sad...crying here! It just makes me think of the animals that are treated that way. I couldn’t give up my animal any more than I could give up a member of my family...when my last dog died, I thought I would die! You never truly get over it but you have to go on. But taking them from the home they loved.....too much!

May great-grandparents were married in Fannin County November 15, 1888.

That's So Neat; the Familiar Saying, "It's a Small World," is Right! Your Great-Grandparents were Married around the Same Time my Water Well was Originally Made Here on my Shepherd-King's Ranch, So Long Ago. They could Possibly have Even Driven Over the Old Bridge on this Property, because my Neighbor Said the Road and Bridge were the 'Main Drag,' as he Called it, in this Area!

Our LulaBelle is far from the perfect dog but she is our dog. We love her almost as much as she loves us.

Smiling. Coincidentally, I went to the pound today (okay, they call it "shelter" now); it's hard to see all the homeless animals.

P.S. First babies sometimes take a little longer to be born... go past the due date. I'll be looking for an announcement:):)
