A human tongue has been served up in a hospital canteen's chicken risotto — and bosses reckon it was accidentally dropped into the food by a doctor. Slovenian officials are investigating after a doctor complained about a strange piece of meat on his plate.

Good thing it was a doctor that found it.
If it had been a patient, they would have just chalked it up to wonderful hospital food, or the patient would have been told to just eat it anyway, or it would have been thrown out and no one the wiser.

Doesn’t surprise me, if I hadn’t had friends to smuggle food in during visiting hours I would have starved the last time I was in the hospital. I’d rather eat at a 7-11.
