I think everyone knows about the killer tornado that destroyed Sumter Regional Hospital on March 1 of this year.
Seimans is giving away a one million dollar MRI machine to a deserving hospital. The selection is partly by vote on their website.
I don't think there is a more deserving institution in America for this machine and would like for everyone to click on the link below, scroll down (Sumter Regional Hospital is near the bottom of the list) and watch the short video and vote for Sumter Regional or just simply click "vote" by SRH. It is on the right side of the page.
So many have asked of ways that they can help Sumter Regional Hospital and Americus, Ga. This is an easy way to help the community and would be such a Godsend for the hospital. There are many videos submitted. Many are silly, a few are business-like, but none are as touching as the story of the tornado that ripped apart the town on March 1st. You can submit one vote in a 24 hour period from each email account every day until Dec 31.

There is a huge deficit between monies owed to the hospital by the insurance company and the amount it is going to take to rebuild the hospital. If you copy and send this to everyone in your email address book, this message could reach so many people.

I thought this tornado, or it’s twin brother, was going to get us that night too, I was very frightened that night.
The devastation was horrible. Please consider voting for Sumter Regional and tell everyone you know.

It’s amazing how many lives were affected by the loss of the hospital. My sisters-in-law are greatful to be working again at the temporary hospital.
