It was discovered in an area next to a suburban Richmond apartment complex under construction and near a mall, Richmond police spokeswoman Karla Peters said.
The state medical examiner was examining the brain, she said. It wasn't clear how long it had been there.
"We're waiting for the medical examiner to determine how we should proceed," Peters said.
Which Washington? I moved to suburban Washington, D.C. for almost 9 years. I wouldn’t trade for the experience, but I always wanted to come home. Got back to Texas about ten years ago and I am NEVER moving again.

Speaking of strange meats, my Korean Aunt was eating lunch at my Great Aunt's farm (real hillbillies) and they were serving deer meat and chicken. My Korean Aunt took a bite of the deer meat. She looked at my Uncle with wide eyes, said "NO BEEF!" and spit it out. Hubby and I laughed so hard we were crying!
