Bat-ping.
C’mon...some of them were a “little” funny.
It’s not a bad Jack Nickolson/ Joker impression from Heath, not bad at all.
He’s got the crazy laugh down pretty well, too.
Is this movie suppose to take place between Batman 1 and Batman 2 chronologically? The ones directed by Tim Burton?
I can't wait to see the new one. I know that Heath can't hold a candle to Nicholson's Joker, but I heard that he's still menacing.
Thanks for the heads-up! Great teaser. Really looking forward to this one.
In an unprecedented move, director Christopher Nolan is filming four sequences in the next installment of Warner Bros. Pictures Batman franchise, The Dark Knight, with extremely high resolution IMAX® cameras using the giant 15/70 film format. The announcement was made today by Jeff Robinov, President of Production, Warner Bros. Pictures. While it is not unique for a feature lensed on traditional 35mm film to be re-mastered to screen in IMAX® theatres, this marks the first time ever that a major feature film has been even partially shot using IMAX cameras, marking a revolutionary integration of the two film formats. ... Thanks to Warner, we have been supplied with a couple of high-res shots from "The Dark Knight" |
I’m something of a Batman purist. Been reading his comics since they cost a dime.
“Batman Begins” was one of the finest adaptations of comic book to film. With “Sin City” a very close second.
“Batman Begins” got everything right!
Christian Bale has just the right amount of borderline pyscho that is essential to both Bruce Wayne and Batman.
Gary Oldman is dead on as James Gordon and Michael Caine’s Alfred fits hand in glove.
A wonderful blend of Bob Kane and Frank Miller mythos wrapped around a Gotham City that was equal parts “Brazil” and “Blade Runner”.
Not much of a Heath Ledger fan, but “The Dark Knight” is definitely on my list!
Jack.
Is this being filmed in Chicago?
