Wonder if he is related to this Bobby Cutts who also filed a similar "Sheriff department discrimination suit" in Virginia. http://www.robertslaw.org/cutts-titlevii.htm

Interesting!

This is morally reprehensible. A police officer upholding the public trust and he’s nothing but a gigolo, he and this missing woman having an affair then she has not one child but another one on the way by him. Disgusting.....

It sure sounds like he should be a suspect.

Did they ever think of looking UNDER the rug, in a crawl space in the floor or something?

According to friends and family, he’s such a nice guy. Right. According to women he knew and his record, I don’t think so.

Cutts is a witness in a federal lawsuit that could go to trial this year surrounding discrimination claims within the Canton Police Department against black officers.

Sounds like a victim to me.

Supposedly, he also has a criminal record (or so a Larry King panelist said when asking why a PD would hire a person with a record).

“In [Cutts] 1998, he pleaded no contest to a disorderly conduct charge and was sentenced to three years’ probation after a former girlfriend accused him of breaking a door jamb and forcing his way into their home, causing her to fear for her safety, according to a police report from nearby Jackson Township.”

I suspect the boyfriend (or his wife). He has knowledge of police techniques, would have had easy access to Jessie Davis’ bedroom, and whoever did this didn’t harm the son. There was no evidence of a struggle - so Jessie felt safe. He probably strangled her (or something similar so as to leave no blood trail) to her as she slept. I doubt the newborn they found is Jessie’s.

OMG. This article reports his name to be Bobby L. Cutts, Jr. just like in the Virginia lawsuit. This is way too much of a coincidence!!

15. When Cutts first began working for the Sheriff in 1985, no disciplinary action was recommended against an officer with the Fairfax County Police Department who filed a complaint with the Sheriff’s department that Cutts "had a white wife," and further that complaint remained in Mr. Cutts personnel file with the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office until 1992.

They sued Fairfax, Virginia for $45 million and apparently won but I can't find how much they got. This has to be the same guy. He posted this at a site called multiracial.com
