We will not tire, we will not falter, we will not fail
Hope your weekend was enjoyable and productive, and you're ready for the week ahead!
Let's hope the news stories which reflect in some measure our national interests move away from Paris What's-her-name!
Oh, that looks good.
Good Morning lysie. Thank you and Molly for taking the reigns to keep up together. You are pearls.
Good morning.
Molly, I am planning to get rest, but at the moment there are some serious issues to work through. Big sigh.
A serious thunderboomer came up last night. Major wind gusts, heavy lightning, fortunately no hail, but unfortunately very little rain. I began watering as soon as I landed on Friday and I’ve continued every day since. Things are very very dry here.
I have looked over the field of people running for president. I think I can now make an endorsement. I SUPPORT JEFF SESSIONS FOR PRESIDENT!!! Unfortunately, he isn’t running. This time around.
Yes, unfortunately they have to do that. If it's a kid with the injury they will ask the kid and parents separately several times.
Crop report from SW KS is wheat starting to turn and irrigated corn is 12", dryland corn shorter than that. There's quite a lot of irrigation down in this area.
Dryland corn seems a poor bet in this very arid area but we've seen some. Mostly wheat though. Rain forecast today and tomorrow.
We heard that Scotts Bluff NE had frost last week and the wheat fields are now white and the corn is now black.
Somebody better page Al Gore for an explanation...
thanks guys....I probably would have known him by his real name Sam Water- something or other... I think he plays a mean, liberal character on the show. Does this mean the show will lean even more often to the left now?
In Steubenville , Ohio!? Everyone there claims to have given ole’ Dean his start in the movies... LOL! I went to school there for my undergrad degree at The College of Steubenville now known as Fransican University.
HOB, I've never watched the show. I'm so behind in TV viewing. ;-0
This is in Ramadi. Notice the civilians waving.
This is the only building in the area unscathed. I have my own thoughts about that.
The plane is left over from the previous war. Just rotting out in the desert.
LOL! You comments about hubby reminds me of LionsDaughter and gardening. “Well, don’t you just put them in the ground and they ,like, sort of, ... grow?”
I just need to make more time! I'm worried that our rodie's won't make it over the winter if there is major snow this year and I want to protect them with burlap and stakes. This will be a new adventure for hubby, for sure!
He is not a gardener, for sure. I remember when we were first married and in my Dad's garden. He was amazed at the eggplant since he thought it grew underground.
BTW, today is his bd...
Heads UP: The Nifong trial/hearing is on Court TV right now...very interesting.
Are they doing the right thing?
I understood after awhile. I told them that if I was ever beaten like that I would report it to the police immediately.
happy b’day to Mr HOB
As long ago as 30 years ago they were repeatedly asking questions about an injury. Youngest son was involved in a minor farm incident, but ended up with infection on his thumb.
I know I explained how he got that injury at least a dozen times in order to get him treated for the infection.
I sure hope you’re feeling better soon!
Well. Happy Birthday Mr. HOB, and may you have many more summers deadheading Mrs. HOB’s flowers.
I like the picture behind JT. I know his job is pretty difficult some times, but he is having fun while he can.
HI JT.
thanks, I’ll tell him at lunch today @:)
