What's Your Favorite Television Show?

Posted on 05/15/2007 8:52:16 AM PDT by HungarianGypsy

I don't watch too much television, but one of my favorite shows is Supernatural on the CW.

So, I was just curious about what other Freepers like to watch.

It's just a topic starter for those of us who look at television. Shows you watch currently. Shows you sued to watch and miss. Just whatever is/was your favorite.

Don't want this to turn into a thread that consists mostly of, "I haven't watched television since 1973 and thought the shows were bad then." Otherwise, have fun. :-)

As far as old TV goes I would have to say the Andy Griffith Show hands down.

More recent TV would include The most dangerous catch and Mythbusters. Obviously a whole lot of History channel and Discovery programs.

I dunno about ‘favorite’ necessarily, but I do enjoy “The Office” - great characterization, funny situations...

Test Patterns. Used to be on all night, until they canceled it for Infomercials. TV has never been the same.

BSG (Battlestar Galactica for those not yet exposed to the best show on television)
Heroes
It trails off substantially from there. . .

How I met your mother
Two and a half men
Scrubs
Desperate Housewives

South Park and the Simpsons are up there as well. . . but I don’t get to watch them enough to know where.
