Just raping and killing the 4 year olds that Americans can’t be bothered raping and killing.

I with ya, but this phrase has been done more than Madonna...

So have the crimes.

Which is *WHY* the phrase comes up so often.

Take out a negative-amortization no-documentation home equity line of credit and buy a clue.

Cheers!

Why parents allow single men to live with their families is beyond me.

No, it come up often because there are some people who simply browse around looking for any instance to play "fill in the blank" with a tire old line that is getting nauseating.

No thanks, already have one. I keep it right next to my commen sense. Never leave home without it.

Here, it’s the baby’s (babies’) “father” — usually some young kid who knows nothing about being a father (other than how to knock up the baby’s mother). We had one here not long ago who got mad because it was early morning and the toddler wouldn’t go back to bed. He killed the child and then dumped the body in the woods. What a guy!

Sorry I wasn’t clear. When I said, “here,” I meant where I live — I wasn’t referring to the story. \\

I’ve worked for lawyers too long — I can’t be clear anymore. :)

Here’s one I just heard about on radio. They’re still looking for this one.

21 Pounds Of Pot Seized After Traffic Stop

ASHLAND, Ore. - A traffic stop led to the seizure of 21 pounds of marijuana after the suspect fled his vehicle.

CruzAround 7 a.m. Friday, an Oregon State Police trooper stopped a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Interstate 5 near Ashland. During the stop, police say 20-year-old Pedro Lopez Cruz of California fled on foot east from the freeway.

OSP troopers and drug enforcement detectives obtained a search warrant for the vehicle and allegedly discovered approximately 21 pounds of marijuana inside. There is no information to indicate that the man is armed but OSP does have probable cause to arrest him for felony drug-related charges and misdemeanor attempt to elude.

potCruz may be on foot attempting to walk from the area or trying to catch a ride from a passing motorist. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’9”, 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and baggy blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to contact OSP Southern Command Center dispatch at (541) 664-4600.

Notice the suspect(s) are only referred to as hispanic men — nothing about their immigrant status.

I don't know any American hispanic men who use three names (first name, mother's maiden name, father's name). In all the articles I've read about illegal alien criminals, the three names are used.

Actually, I once worked for an attorney who had a client and friend with three names (hyphenated last name). He was, however, third generation (parents from Boliva I think) and not a criminal (well, not that I know of).

I wondered when you mentioned another case. It’s pretty pathetic that you have to specifiy WHICH case this is. There shouldn’t be more than one.

An East Texas 4-year-old boy was sexually assaulted and murdered by a man, police say, worked and lived with his family. Police were called out to a home in Carthage Sunday morning. Residents there say they are stunned, such a horrible murder could happen where they live.

Teddy bears and flowers are a makeshift memorial to 4-year-old Joey Zhang-Liu who, residents say, used to greet customers at his parents' Chinese restaurant in Carthage.

"He was just joyful, always playing, every time I would come and grab my leg, would just hug me he was real nice and sweet," says Liketia Harris, who remembers the little boy.

Police say Rogerio Chaves Garcia, 27, has confessed to strangling and sexually assaulting the boy. Police say he worked at the restaurant and lived with the family in their home.

"Everybody wants to know why and sometimes you never why, that was their biggest question, why would they do it to my child," says Assistant Police Chief Jim Vanover.

Police say his parents found Joey wrapped up in a comforter next to his bed, with a broken arm, bruises on his jaw and around his neck.

"This is probably the worst I've seen in my 27 years of police work," adds Vanover.

News of such a heinous murder has shocked the small town of Carthage, especially those who knew the family through their restaurant business.

"It's hard to talk about," says Robert McDaniel. He owns the Mexican restaurant next door and would see the boy and his family everyday.

"Just makes your hair crawl, thinking that they're right beside you, you never know what people are going to do," he adds.

"I couldn't believe it whenever I heard about it, I just can't imagine, because I have three kids," says Crystal Ballenger, a Carthage resident.

"I think everybody right now is in shock...just not knowing, believing that anything could happen like that here," says Karen Peterson, owner of The Village Hair Salon next door to the Chinese restaurant.

Right now, the community is banding together and paying their respects to a family who's lost so much.

"We're praying for this family and I wish that everybody else would also cause right now that's what they need," Karen says.

Police say Garcia is an illegal immigrant. Authorities say they were afraid he would flee to Mexico, so his bond has been set at 12 million dollars. He's been charged with capital murder. Tracy Watler/Reporting: tracy@kltv.com
