I'm gonna google around and see if I can find more about Opri's bill which someone has said was a forgery.
This is what I was afraid of and alluded to in an earlier post. There were no forensic computer technicians to search for documents, etc. that had been deleted. They should borrow someone from the FBI who can do that stuff. If someone's using the windows search option, it's not gonna bring up deleted material, duhhh. How stupid is Perper, et al??? Unless, of course, HKS was smart enough to buy the kind of software that will write over EVERYTHING ever entered on a computer. In that case, evidence is gone forever.
It was Sanchez - altho KE had earlier “taken credit” for “pointing Perper” in some of the right directions, lol. But here is what was gasp-worthy:

Stern said in a press conference Monday that her client cooperated completely with the investigation by Florida authorities into the death of his partner, model Anna Nicole Smith. She also said that e-mail on two laptops she provided to authorities revealed that Smith was angry at ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead and in love with her companion Stern.
“From the outset, Howard K. Stern has completely cooperated. He more than anyone else wanted to know what happened to Anna,” Lily Anne Sanchez said in a press conference Monday afternoon.
The lawyer provided investigators with two laptops. She and Broward County Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper searched through Smith’s e-mail dating back to March 31, 2006.
“It was to see if there was anyone with a motive to harm Anna. No email was found to that effect,” Sanchez said.
Sanchez acknowledged that there were a few e-mails in which the model said “I want to die.” But, the lawyer said they were all sent shortly after Smith’s son Daniel died.
The e-mail did reveal something about Smith’s relationship with the two men who claim to be the father of her daughter, Dannielynn.
“The bulk of her e-mails repeatedly lashed out at Larry Birkhead, telling him to stay away from her and her baby,” Sanchez said. “In dozens of other e-mails she messages Howard repeatedly, telling him how much she loved him and other playful exchanges between a couple that no doubt added to Perper’s findings that there was no suicide, no homicide and no criminal behavior of any kind.”
The lawyer said she was hired by Stern six weeks ago to work with authorities and provide them access to any information they needed to complete their investigation.
Sanchez slammed speculation that Stern was involved in any way with Smith’s death. “At no time was there any indication of wrongdoing,” she repeated twice for emphasis.
She added that the Seminole County police and Perper interviewed dozens of people, but could not find anyone with a motive. ....”

Yes, there was another prescription for chloral hydrate, Sept 15, 2006, if not many more.
Funny, it was the *one* drug out of three “new names” mentioned in the “exclusive” interview with KE on ET 2-3 weeks ago that I didn’t catch when the program ran on a Friday.
I waited all weekend and watched the weekend summary show of ET when they had selected clips - and there it was “chloral hydrate.” I hadn’t understood it the first time and hadn’t seen it written, busy typing at the time.
LOL, I posted immediately - “chloral hydrate!” - that was the 3rd new drug mentioned in KE’s longer “wish list” fax to Kapoor than the first fax that was made public. This longer one was the one that was rejected by both Kapoor (as was the first KE one) and Key Pharmacy, the drugstore that normally filled ANS ‘scripts in L.A. Or so they say.
That was the list that prompted a referral for KE to two addiction experts for counseling her on prescribing.
Funny how that “important” drug - which stood out to me only because I didn’t catch it the first time and waited for it for 3 days - was the actual lethal one. At least, with what we know now, it was.
I don’t know. Just saw the clip on NG and Moe was being interviewed. I am sure I have heard it befre but never caught what Moe said.
On the interview list KE is noted as a psychiatrist and friend. The next person listed is Timothy Baretts also a psychiatrist but claims to be the one who treated her after the death of Daniel. I believe his name is misspelled on the report and he is actually Dr. Timothy Barrett, Consultant Psychiatrist of the National Drugs Council of the Bahamas. I googled him and this is one link I found about him.

Why isn’t he the one to write the prescriptions for Anna? He is supposedly a former addict so he should have known, without a doubt, she was in trouble. Did KE go against his advice? The autopsy report seems to try and make her look like just a friend but then it comes out that she prescribed all of the drugs! A fact Dr. P should have been fully aware of! Even if the drugs found on the scene were withheld from Dr. P so it would not influence his finding ... wouldn’t he have known about them after his interview with KE if she was truthful?
IMHO. there is much to be learned about all of this!
Did Big Moe know for sure that Dannielynn is not Howieanna's child?

Now, I can tell you that Howard, when he is around that baby, he treats her like gold, just like -- as a matter of fact, he treats her like platinum. He treats Anna like gold, close to platinum. They almost as one. And that's when you know that would make a good father. If you -- if the father really loves the mom, which Howard really does love this mom, love Anna, you know he's going to take care of the baby like it's his own.

Release Of Dannielynn’s DNA Test Results Delayed
(CBS4) BAHAMAS It will be at least another week before we find out who is the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, Dannielynn.
Tuesday a judge in the Bahamas delayed the release of the DNA test results until next week. Smith’s partner, Howard K. Stern, and former boyfriend Larry Birkhead, both claim to be the child’s father.
Earlier this week Stern, who’s listed on Dannielynn’s birth certificate as the child’s father, dropped his appeal to stop the release of the test results, and agreed to pay $10 thousand in legal costs.
Smith gave birth to Dannielynn days after her son died under mysterious circumstances in the Bahamas.

Noted here recently was the fact that Sandilands had been commenting publicly on the fact that there is no methadone program in The Bahamas (and there never will be) - even tho they get so many requests for it.
Ummm, I don’t know about KE and Perper - obviously he knew she wrote the prescriptions. And she indicated that she personally “sat down” and helped him with some of the details of ANS’s medical history. And wasn’t it Perper who told us that her prescription pad was found at Horizons?
“Ya got me” as far as why he just brushed this off as no biggie. She does, too, of course. I guess if Anna hadn’t died (this time) it would’ve just been business as usual. I’m stumped about too many things Perper did to narrow it down to just that this morning.
Jumping in this morning to ask: what is the status of the inquest? And: why did the DNA announcement get postponed THIS TIME?
Great news! Wow...I didn’t think that would happen...at least not so soon.
By the way, has it been determined if that $600,000+ bill from Opri was legitimate? CourtTV guy just said that he was checking out the prices at Graycliff and assumed that the bill must have included some expensive wine. For example, you can buy a $29.00 bottle of wine from the wine list, or a $200,000 bottle from the year 1729. He did say, as I did, that the meals are not outrageously expensive.
Geez, can’t they even write it out in full so it’s more noticeable - *$10,000* - than just saying $10 grand? Is Leroy already “on the job”?
