To me, this means that Howard is running scared- this kind of tactic is kinda pathetically predictable and very telling, but maybe effective- fighting the press. Howie brought this hostility on himself by fighting every single thing in court....Now he's going to sue people for defaming him?

Well, Dr S, I believe that Howard is totally into tactics. In a sense, I think he isn't running scared, so I am correcting myself here. I think he is looking at the next best strategy in the big game he is playing. At this point it's called being the victim. That's what psychopaths do.

I've been confused about the conflicting information on which computer(s) and when/how permission was obtained to access since the Perper/Tiger press conference.

Oh, yeah - ET made a big point when they were “evaluating” each of the three potential homes for Dannielynn. They made Larry sound bohemian and Virgie sound like she has a revolving door on her house with new hubbies entering all the time.
But, Howie? Wowie. He has $26 million coming to him!
