Thread Number Two
I have to run.
Why did you think she died of natural causes? Such a conclusion was never announced. Did you dream it? Did somebody you know tell you that? What on earth???
She died from having too many drugs in her system. There were several, but the one that seems to have been the final straw was way too much of a drug called chloral hydrate...a sleeping potion that is seldom prescribed anymore but used to be in the olden days. Marilyn Monroe had taken too much of that same drug.
The police claim they aren’t investigating anyone criminally, and the medical examiner called her death “accidental”. However, there is much, much more to the story in the opinion of virtually everyone who regularly posts here and millions of other people besides.
I wonder if TMZ will pay their sources to tell us who the Daddy is before next Tuesday? Levin disgusts me too!

DNA results were not read in court today. The next hearing is most probably next Tuesday April 10th 2:30pm for all parties to attend.

Howard is stupid. The more time that passes, the more time people have to work on the puzzle. Every piece is a gain for justice.
TIME is working against him not for him. I think the Bahama Justice system has had enough of him.

Where you going spectre. Don’t leave me!
Plus all the drugs in ANS system were prescribed to HK$ and were prescribed by her buddy and shrink Kristine Eroshovich.
The DNA hearing in the Dannielynn Smith case ended with the news we here at TMZ predicted — no news.
The hearing has just ended and DNA test results were not revealed in the closed courtroom. A new hearing date was set for next Tuesday. TMZ believes that will be judgment day, when Dr. Michael Baird will authenticate the results and the world will know exactly who is the daddy.

Anna Nicole Smith's Daughter Identifies Her Father
By Chip Hilton
Apr 3, 2007, 09:01
NASSAU, Bahamas - Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, spoke her first word yesterday, and the news was not good for Howard K. Stern, Larry Birkhead, or Frederic Prince von Anhaltall of whom claim to be her father. The word Dannielynn spoke was dada, and the person to whom she spoke it was Gareth Huffmann, a pool cleaner on the estate where Dannielynn presently resides.
"That kid not only called my client dada but also pointed to him when she said it," claimed attorney Debra Opri, who formerly represented Larry Birkhead in the Dannielynn paternity affair. "If I know anything about jurisprudence in the Bahamas, a kid's word is money in the bank."
Dannielynn's revelation could throw the paternity battle swirling around her into a cocked hat. Ms. Opri said she plans to request a cancellation of the closed hearing that had been scheduled for today.
"We can't have this matter settled in a smoke-filled room," she told THEM Weekly's attorney at large, Roger Cossack. "The only fair way to decide who that kid's father is, is to have a lineup and let her point him out."
Howard K. Stern scoffed at that idea, hinting that Dannielynn may have been coached by Mr. Huffmann.
"I thought there was something suspicious about that guy after I saw him and Anna Nicole swimming naked in the pool when he was supposed to be working," said Mr. Stern. "Furthermore, he was always bringing my Dannielynn toys and wanting to play with her. He struck me as the kind of person who was looking to make a fast buck."
Little is known about Gareth Huffmann beyond the fact that he may have been intimate with Ms. Smith. A Bahamian detective, who did not wish to be identified, said, "We are at wit's end. We Googled him and got no hits. We would love to bring him in for questioning, but he hasn't done anything wrong, and after we left a message on his attorney's answering machine, she sent us a bill for $2500."

You know, I had heard a rumor that someone actually bought that book, and now I know who. Thanks. It's OK if you forgot it as long as you PAID for it.
That's only fair as long as people in handcuffs can go in.
;o)
Amazing how TMZ nails it every time. Wonder who the “snitch” is.
Have to agree. For inquests they actually pull potential jurors in off the street and then draw from a hat to select the seven. Their law cannot be ruled unconstitutional bc that would totally taint the previous inquests and can you imagine that???
All they can do is, if those in their legislature thinks Stern’s atty had a fair point, begin drafting a different law for future inquests. But that cannot and will not be done specifically for Stern while Danny’s inquest is stymied.
Too bad, Stern, you wanted Bahamian law as your shield, and now you get it as a sword that can be used against you.
She’s dead. Please don’t make fun of her.
I am wondering the same thing. What was the point of setting this date two weeks ago if, even though there is no outstanding appeal, if they still don’t give the results!!
You are very creepy—why don’t you go post somewhere else?
They are the “Drudge” of entertainment.
