Oh, I remember now. He wasn't properly faithful enough.
I'm not bitter. Just trying to be angry, when I have nothing to be angry about. Though I think he'd have been a first-rate president.
The Republican party took it on the chin last night.
I don't plan to sit back and rub my chin too long.
Huh?
Teve Torbes? Wasn't he running with Lamar Alexander II?
The vanity police will be here momentarily.
;)
I know what you mean- I voted for him in the primary way back when...
I know this will not make me very popular, but I wrote in Steve Forbes for President instead of voting for W.
Well, ya know, in retrospect, maybe Steve Forbes...
Perhaps because he came across as a first-class nerd -- even more so than John F'n.
Yes Cincinatue-Wife, we were right and now there is hell to pay.
You can rest assured that the hue and cry against a zillionare conservative would have been greater than ir was for W.
I was a Forbes man but in retrospect know the Rats would have treated him worse than W.
Lastly, a 12 year streak was not too shabby. To expect more based on the reality of history is not entirely reasonable.
I can't imagine Forbes standing on the rubble in NYC after 9/11, or rallying the country. Maybe that's just me.
Kerry isn't a nerd, he's a fool.
Fobes is from New England, smart and real.
Unfortunately too many people need a rock star to carry their banner.
Oh yes..... I turn to Fact And Comment first thing on receiving my new issue. I really like what he has to say.
I'm never dissed W. until today.
I don't like to see a man grovel.
Then you don't know the man. He would have done it in spades.
Forbes' mouth and chin always reminded me of the Joker in Batman played by Jack Nicholson.
