JonBenet Ramsey D.A.: More Work Needed

BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - The district attorney in the JonBenet Ramsey slaying says there is "much more work" to be done in the case against the suspect and she is warning the public not to "jump to conclusions."

Polygraphs are lousy lie detectors. Their main purpose is to intimidate people that think they work into confessing. I guarantee that anyone who is asked "Did you kill your wife?" will show a response whether they did it or not. Whether you are guilty or not, you know it is the "money" question and will respond as such. There are plenty of studies that show they are inaccurate when used in that manner, which is the most common type of polygraph testing.

The brother was nine years old for crying out loud. Why do you all give a pedophile the benefit of the doubt. Yet, believe implacably in the Ramsey's guilt. I have not believed the parents did it since forever.
You know I could be wrong, but I don't believe Patsy has sperm. The sperm found on Jon Benet didn't match the family me anyway...so why does everyone think Patsy murdered her own daughter? I think this must boil down to a hatred of wealthy people.
Cyril Wecht has always had difficulty separating his public and private spheres, and this is not the first time this type of trouble has driven him from political office.
But that does not impeach him of his medical and forensic knowledge.

There are drugs which would not show up...one that comes to mind is laughing gas poppers. He might be saying he drugged her not wanting to admit he hurt her, "oh she didn't feel a thing".
Or he is a liar-imagine!
I agree-even now people would rather believe the parents guilty than a convicted pedophile. I personally don't believe he would have been charged without evidence.
Are toxicology reports separate from autopsy reports? Are they public record as well? They say that autopsy results are public record, but could some things be held back if law enforcement felt like they needed to be?
So many questions!
I feel so sorry for the Ramsey's having to deal with this crap over and over. I would definitely say it was BS. How many six year olds do you know that kill themselves?
Now Chloroform might not show up in a drug test...however she died of a skull fracture as I recall.
Choroform might not show up in an autopsy-especially that little bit he would have used for someone Jon Benet's size.
If the guy knows details-not released to anyone including the Ramseys. This would be conclusive also.
There was little girl murdered in South Georgia...I remember.
I was listening to someone talking on John Gibson's show and this man made a comment that I found interesting. He said that there was no mention of any drug found in JonBenet's body in the autopsy report. He speculated that this may have been one of the pieces of information that was kept secret from everyone. I found it interesting because many of us have wondered why Karr claimed that he had drugged her when the autopsy reports said there were no drugs in her system. That made it appear as if he was saying something that was untrue.
So, apparently we've been misinformed....it isn't that the autopsy report said there wasn't drugs in her system, the autopsy report simply did not make a note of it at all.
Baloney-if the authorities have made up their mind. They can twist your words. If you are under suspicion get a lawyer.
The police don't tell the family everything. Stuff that is withheld would be withheld period. The Grandparent would not know anything.
Tons of people blame them also.
Chloroform in amounts large enough to cause death would indeed show up at autopsy. Not only in the tissues and blood but there would most likely be visible burns on the face and the mucosa of the mouth, throat and nasal passages.
The hemmorages in the eyes of JonBenet indicate that she died as a result of the ligature strangulation rather than the skull injury.
