The Official Weekend Single's Thread ---May 26 -29 (Memorial Weekend US - Spring Bank Holiday Weekend UK)
Posted by Snugs;proud_yank
This weekend in America is Memorial Weekend a time when Americans honour their military dead.
Me and my best friend (at the time) went together...I was terrified but I did it anyway.
Did it hurt???
I really don't mind 'em, but haven't thought about getting one. I was just trying to draw Max out with my post 532. I really wanted to hear what she'd say at 'what I wanted to get'!
All your tattoos are belong to us...
I really like the Toyota one!!!! (top photo)
I have to know, where did that saying come from????
For some reason, nearly everyone else I know who has one feels the need to say "No, it didn't really hurt." Well, I'm gonna be honest. It hurt like hell. But I love my tattoo and it means a lot to me so I'm glad I did it. I wouldn't wanna get another one though...
Never been a fan of foreign cars, but those are nice.
Same here! Such a cool truck.
Come on Max, I would certainly have expected a witty response to my post 532!
Zero Wing.
Narrator: In A.D. 2101, war was beginning.
Captain: What happen ?
Mechanic: Somebody set up us the bomb.
Operator: We get signal.
Captain: What !
Operator: Main screen turn on.
Captain: It's you !!
CATS: How are you gentlemen !!
CATS: All your base are belong to us.
CATS: You are on the way to destruction.
Captain: What you say !!
CATS: You have no chance to survive make your time.
CATS: Ha Ha Ha Ha ...
Operator: Captain !!
Captain: Take off every 'Zig' !!
Captain: You know what you doing.
Captain: Move 'Zig'.
Captain: For great justice.
Same here. I would love to have one of the first model Blazers. The early Bronco's were awesome too, but those two I just really, really like.
Toyota would probably be the only (new) foreign truck that I'd buy though, despite the unions I'd buy domestic. I drive an Explorer now, and really like it.
Was that a cartoon? Never heard of zero wing.
I wanted a truck of some sort. I've never considered myself much of a "sporty car" kind of guy. But once I took the Berretta for a spin, I knew I was getting it.
Zero Wing is the awful video game from the early nineties from which the phrase "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" came.
LOL, I hear it all the time here, and didn't know where.
Also, where did the phrase 'I'm Serial' come from. People post it on the new Gore Movie threads. Was it a SouthPark thing?
I got a good deal on my Explorer from my Dad. I had my '88 Danger Ranger, that had gotten me everywhere. Literally!
It finally died last winter.
Any hoo, I need to get going.
Have a good night.
Sega Video game. IIRC, it was released in Europe, but not in the US.
Nice chatting.
who's left?
Wait. What? Sorry!!! You caught me asleep at the wheel AGAIN!!!
Witty response?
Um um um um um....
Night, Yank!
