This weekend in America is Memorial Weekend a time when Americans honour their military dead.
Dang, that makes me feel old...
OK I will leave it at that then. :0)
Sleep well and crush all who oppose you on the court!
Lol okay. Sorry, I wasn't trying to make you feel old :)
Sorry for the 'double post'.
Hate it when that happens!!!!
Lol thanks, Max...that's interesting...
Don't ya just hate it when them thar whuppersnappers try t' make ya feel old? :-)
Yikes, now I've made everyone feel old!
No problem. It is mostly Ron's fault...the dude hasn't done much peddling in the last few years. Verily, 'tis his own fault.
You would have loved VN then. Keep up the good work! You don't realize how much hope you give. :0)
What really makes me feel old is how all the toys from my childhood are coming back, apparently because most folks my age now have five to ten year old kids.
I've seen a return of Transformers, Strawberry Shortcake, Cabbage Patch Kids...there are more, I'm sure. It's...very strange.
Okay, as long as it's not my fault :)
Time for extra fun...Coast to Coast AM is coming on the air. Time for a dose of goofiness.
LOL
Not yet--I didn't know about that!! 8^)
I definitely should see what they might have...
Stay safe, Allegra!!!
Ahhh, Transformers and GI Joe were the foundation for countless hours of childhood fun along with the perinnial favourite - Lego. I oft used Legos to make forts for Joe and the guys. Also, Legos help to make cool lairs for my Transformers.
I wish all the Legos we had over the years hadn't gotten tossed eventually. We had sooo much fun with those...and had a ton of them, enough to build whole towns or large space ships, albeit without being choosy with the colors. ;-)
They were awesome, except when stepped on in the dark. Ouch!

Yes, the malady known as "Lego Foot". many is the time that I have had a Lego logo imprinted on the sole of a misplaced foot.
I had several different sets (including two Technic sets). I made all kinds of fun, odd stuff. Lego catapaults are great siege engines!
