Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
see update on cabbie story.

Yes, they will.
Wasn't there a statement from the cab driver?
Gee, lacrosse players would never get scratched on the arms playing that wild game where men swing at each other with lacrosse sticks.
No, not unless the victim stated she used a sharp instrument. Finger nail scrapings can leave a distinct marks, but after a week? Don't make sense but then.....
It is.
So they would have had to pick her up, take her to the bathroom, undress her, rape, beat, choke, and sodomize her, redress her, and bring her back to the exact spot she was before the next picture was taken.
Thanks for clearing that up Howlin. Different states; different laws.
Non-suspects can be forced to testify, no?
Does this have to wait for the trial or can they be forced to give depositions or otherwise answer investigators quesitons.
Any innocent kid who has knowledge of a serious crime would be a complete fool to risk a perjury wrap on the assumption that the "wall of silence" will hold.
If anything criminal went on there, some people know about it.
IMO and I hope many other's, it's TIME to do so w/all the damage she has done to so many innocent people.
Well lacrosse is a fast sport.
"In the post above, they seem to have circumstantial evidence that the boy could not have called a cab that night."
Yeah, because, you know, nobody ever flags down a cab when walking down the street. Instead, they call one then walk a block and a half for the pickup (that's how far they were from the party when the cab picked them up).
Sheesh.
Also, the cabbie has stated that he remembers them -- apparently they tipped well.
I just realized....they did get the discovery yesterday...that's how they know she picked out the 2 guys because of scratches on their chests.
It's not easy to get a cab to come to a college area after midnight. Maybe he thought the party was so lame he wanted to leave immediately. He walked a block and a half, saw the cab and waved it down.
I think what is kind of getting lost is that there was probably considerable "discussion" about the $800. I am under the assumption that the strippers would have demanded it up front. I would also guess the LAXers felt they were cheated and wanted the cash back.

And that is where they are saying that the rape took place<<
On the back porch? I thought it took place in the bathroom?
Oh, yeah, I forgot about that......LOL
Did you say that this boy was photographed in a shirt? I thought they took nekkid torso shots of them.
Shep Smith just said Juan Williams (barf) will be reporting live from Durham at 3:18, and Judge Napolitano will weigh in too.
"This persecutor's career should be ended pronto."

Kudos on your play on words! Not only should his career be ended, every case in which he has been involved during his tenure should be resurrected and reexamined. How many others have fallen victim to his political schemes to keep his name in the headlines? On how many other cases has he ignored the evidence in his quest to add more "found guilty" notations on his resume?
