MSNBC is asking callers "Should the name of the accused be revealed?"

IMO and I hope many other's, it's TIME to do so w/all the damage she has done to so many innocent people.

Shep Smith just said Juan Williams (barf) will be reporting live from Durham at 3:18, and Judge Napolitano will weigh in too.

Her name has been all over FR so I imagine a lot of people already know who she is.

Should the name of the accuser be released. I've been railing for this to happen.

Conversely, others have argued that the names of both accused and claimant should NOT be released until after "substantial" evidence has been brought forward. The problem, nonetheless? Whoever is the "accused"? The accusation does NOT go away on their records, if I'm understanding this correctly.

There's another problem with the "blanket" for both. Seems to me most the "MSM-PUMPED" stories involve accusations against Sports Players and/or Celebrities. It's pretty easy to narrow down suspects on a team from photos and team rosters.

That's apparently what did in fact happen. Posters and fliers went all over Raleigh -- on trees, on bldgs with NAMES AND PHOTOS of the Duke LaCrosse Team.

I still think it's important that both accused and accuser's names be made public, therefore.
