Yes, the sun is responsible for warming the earth...the ThugoRats should demand its resignation and start impeachment proceedings....

Gee, ya think?
Naw...... Couldn't be. Then AL Gore, et al. would be (((GASP))) WRONG!

The climate model I have running on my computer doesn't take any solar heat into consideration, and this model shows the Earth getting hotter and hotter, year after year ... Explain that!!

The sun also targets the poor people, most being people of color, who can't afford air conditioning and it makes it nearly impossible for them to grow crops in the sand. Obviously, the sun is republican.

Bravo !
I've been saying the same thing on FR for years. Global warming is real but mankind has very little to do with it. Just go outside on a sunny day and look up. There is more energy released from the sum in an hour than all the autos, trains, planes and factories on earth in a year.
Global warming is really ocean warming. The cycle is changing toward global cooling. Watch this year as hurricanes rock the east coast. Those storms are caused by ocean warming.
Tornadoes are running rampant right now in Tennessee. Wind and rain are very powerful forces.
We are just the human beings who happen to inhabit this tiny planet. We like to assume we are important. But it's all God's hands.

Climatologists and astronomers speaking at the American Association for the Advancement of Science meeting in Philadelphia say the present warming may be unusual - but a mini ice age could soon follow. Anyone see that funny movie "The Day After Tomorrow?" (got it for free on the hotel HBO). I don't think I have laughed so hard since the first time I saw "Blazing Saddles."
Did it win any comedy awards?

from the article,
"The scientists do not pretend they can explain everything, nor do they say that attempts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions should be abandoned." Gutless scientists. They know damn well that man will have little impact on long term climate change. Leftist politicians like Gore are salivating at the prospect of punishing the producers and vastly increasing the power of the state. Truth matters not to the evil left. The seek only issues that will allow them to gain absolute power over our lives. Their irrational, fanatical approach to this issue is no less threatening than the islamofascists. They both have a rabid zeal that borders on insane. The left (and RINOS) must be destroyed over this issue or they will destroy our way of life.

So this is the sun's fault, eh? I say we hunt it down and kill it.

To: george76
"Climatologists and astronomers speaking at the American Association for the Advancement of Science meeting in Philadelphia say the present warming may be unusual - but a mini ice age could soon follow."Yes indeed, global cooling is the real threat to life on earth, not global warming. If global warming starts to cause problems, there are numerous methods we could use to reflect some sunlight back into space and stop the warming process. But if solar energy output declines and the earth begins to cool, then we're essentially helpless because there's nothing we can do to increase the amount of solar energy produced by the sun. So in some ways, it's actually less risky to increase the amount of CO2 in our atmosphere to limit the risk of global cooling. (Anything a liberal says is usually the opposite of the truth.)

Combinations
Our Molten Core, the Earths Magnetic Field, the Moon, Sunspots (or Solar activity) and the timing of the Solar activity, our orbital relationship to the Sun among many other variables determine the Climate that we will have.
Mankind and our activities in perspective have no measurable comparable impact on the Earths Climate.
