I seen the report at the end of On The Record with Greta Van Suseren'last night-3/28-/06.
That poor kitty is under house arrest, and I emailed Greta, and asked her to be his lawyer.
I was glad to find this story. I searched Fox News Channel, and found nothing on it.
Lewis looks like my kitty Oreo. The kitty should be kept inside though.
The owner said some of the neighbors had been real mean to him, and he was probably just retalliating.
I love cats!

cats belong at home. I cannot understand why people let
them out to catch disease, get hurt, or cause damage to
