Crazy Cat Terrorizes Connecticut Town
FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Residents of the neighborhood of Sunset Circle say they have been terrorized by a crazy cat named Lewis. Lewis for his part has been uniquely cited, personally issued a restraining order by the town's animal control officer.
"He looks like Felix the Cat and has six toes on each foot, each with a long claw," Janet Kettman, a neighbor said Monday. "They are formidable weapons."
The neighbors said those weapons, along with catlike stealth, have allowed Lewis to attack at least a half dozen people and ambush the Avon lady as she was getting out of her car.
Some of those who were bitten and scratched ended up seeking treatment at area hospitals.
Animal Control Officer Rachel Solveira placed a restraining order on him. It was the first time such an action was taken against a cat in Fairfield.
In effect, Lewis is under house arrest, forbidden to leave his home.
Solveira also arrested the cat's owner, Ruth Cisero, charging her with failing to comply with the restraining order and reckless endangerment.

What a pussy(And I'm not talking about the cat)
Isn't there a SINGLE man in the town with a bag and a brick and a body of water deep enough to drown one crazed cat?

I seen the report at the end of On The Record with Greta Van Suseren'last night-3/28-/06.
That poor kitty is under house arrest, and I emailed Greta, and asked her to be his lawyer.
I was glad to find this story. I searched Fox News Channel, and found nothing on it.
Lewis looks like my kitty Oreo. The kitty should be kept inside though.
The owner said some of the neighbors had been real mean to him, and he was probably just retalliating.
I love cats!

You are so mean! How would you like that treatment.

Sounds like a job for Siegfried & Roy, providing Roy is ready to go another round with a cat.

Don't worry about it. Some people here think if it's not a dog, it's not "manly" or whatever. Tough guy syndrome I suppose. That said I like dogs, but prefer to own cats. Besides, Pope Benedict XVI is a cat lover (when he walks through St. Peter's Square, they follow him in great numbers because he is always friendly to them. He even tried to bring his cats into the Papal Apartments but wasn't allowed to), what better company could we cat owners be in than that? :)

cats belong at home. I cannot understand why people let
them out to catch disease, get hurt, or cause damage to
people and birds.
