Crazy Cat Terrorizes Connecticut Town
FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Residents of the neighborhood of Sunset Circle say they have been terrorized by a crazy cat named Lewis. Lewis for his part has been uniquely cited, personally issued a restraining order by the town's animal control officer.
"He looks like Felix the Cat and has six toes on each foot, each with a long claw," Janet Kettman, a neighbor said Monday. "They are formidable weapons."
The neighbors said those weapons, along with catlike stealth, have allowed Lewis to attack at least a half dozen people and ambush the Avon lady as she was getting out of her car.
Some of those who were bitten and scratched ended up seeking treatment at area hospitals.
Animal Control Officer Rachel Solveira placed a restraining order on him. It was the first time such an action was taken against a cat in Fairfield.
In effect, Lewis is under house arrest, forbidden to leave his home.
Solveira also arrested the cat's owner, Ruth Cisero, charging her with failing to comply with the restraining order and reckless endangerment.
I used to have outdoor cats. Pine martens got one, coyotes
got another, still another just walked off, and another caught a bug, got sick and died, and every time my wife was an emotional wreck for a week. Now our cats are always at home, we have cardinals and titmice on the feeders, and they don't get sick.
What a cutie. I love when cats sit like that. Roosevelt is a little chunker :)
Once someone gets some unknown disease, Lewis is toast.
He likes to eat out and the little girl's food. He begs next door also.
Who're you calling crazy?
RZZZZZ!!
Bravo! I still like that shot!
If charged by a cat, just kick them away.
Time to throw that sucker against a door.
Cat bloodlust is a scary thing.
No way! Cats are people to! I love cats!
Done with gusto, as well.
How do you put a picture in a post?
I think at that point the bird had passed the "endangered"
stage and entered the "fun-food" category! ;-)

Oh come on, be reasonable.
There are probably multiple ordinances about discharging a gun within city limits, etc. Silly, but rules are rules.
OTOH: a Louiville Slugger, or even a good 3 wood, would bring no such repercussions. Nor would have to worry about errant pellets / bullets.
"Well, hello there Lewis. My name is D-Day!"
Whooossshhhh........thud.
