ODE TO SOUTH PARK
CommonConservative.com ^ | 3/15/06 | Tom Adkins

Ode to Hypocrisy By the Comedy Central bigwigs (and Tom Adkins)

Once, Comedy Central

Was a network that stood tall

South Park was unleashed,

And man, did they have balls.

South park lampooned big shots,

and megastars who got fat

They said a bunch of swear words

Man, we LOVE when they do that!

They attacked religion.

And politicians, too

Heck, they bitch-slapped everyone!

In fact, we quite approved.

But Suddenly, our braintrust

Has our panties tied in knots

They tweaked the Scientologists!

Those dirty little snots!

Sure, we let ‘em have fun.

And even throw some slime!

But don’t dare touch our sacred cows,

Who buy commercial time!

Well, now that cow is mooing!

So we must fight the fight!

Censor Trey and Matthew

Screw those first amendment rights!

See, we don’t care ‘bout free speech

Since we owe allegiance to

Those constitution shredders,

at the great ACLU.

We have a higher calling

Not just mere money

We must fund our jihad:

Liberal hypocrisy.

Cause brown-nosing those liberals

Is the only chance we’ll see

A government that resembles

Ho Chi Minh City.

So when Jon Stewart rants and raves

And raises up a ruckus

You know he’s really puckering

To some producer’s tukis

So can’t they insult Born-Again’s?

Or make fun of the Jews?

Why be rude to brilliant minds

Like Travolta, Hayes and Cruise?

See, we’ll lampoon most anyone

But just beware of this:

When it comes to Hollywood,

We know whose butt to kiss.

He looses his voice and in the future, all his dialog is subtitled.. There are musical guests that show up to sing his songs...

I did see Matt and Trey comment on the Chef thing on Letterman, and I'd have thought if he was actually in ailing health they'd know.

Excellent point. :)

Chef blows himself up Michael Moore style after unauthorized cartoons of L. Ron Hubbard are printed in a Danish newspaper.

Well this thread was much more fun when Isaac was a angry guy in a cult rather than a poor soul who suffered a stroke.

I hope he recovers fully so he can be made fun of in the future.

Chef...printed in a Danish newspaper.

Hmmm...very topical/interesting....or...another voice/actor is hired.

I feel like breaking out into song!

What would Brian Boitano do
If he was here right now,
He'd make a plan
And he'd follow through,
That's what Brian Boitano'd do.

When Brian Boitano was in the Olympics,
Skating for the gold,
He did two sow cows and a triple lutz,
While wearing a blind fold.

When Brian Boitano was in the Alps,
Fighting grizzly bears,
He used his magical fire breath,
And saved the maidens fair.

So what would Brian Boitano do
If he were here today,
I'm sure he'd kick an ass or two,
That's what Brian Boitano'd do.

(Cartman)
I want this V-chip out of me,
It has stunted my vo-ca-bu-lar-y.

(Kyle)
And I just want my Mom
To stop fighting everyone

(Stan)
For Wendy I'll be an activist, too,
Cuz that's what Brian Boitano would do.

And what would Brian Boitano do,
He'd call all the kids in town,
And tell them to unite for truth
That's what Brian Boitano would do.

When Brian Boitano travelled through time
To the year 3010,
He fought the evil robot king
And saved the human race again

And when Brian Boitano built the pyramids,
He beat up Kublia Khan

Cuz Brian Boitano doesn't take sh*t from an-y-body

So lets all get together,
And unite to stop our Mom's
And we'll save Terrance and Phillip too,
Cuz that's what Brian Boitano do.

And we'll save Terrance and Phillip too,
Cuz that's what Brian Boitano dooooooo,
That's what Brian Boitano would do.

Don't you think if that story about Hayes being sick is true that Matt and Trey would have known about it and not nailed Hayes to the wall about being okay with the attacks on Catholics, Jews, etc.?

I just read on Foxnews.com that Chef didn't quit South Park. He had a stroke back in January and has been recovering. I'd post the article, but I'm not too good with the html.

Isaac Hayes did not quit "South Park." My sources say that someone quit it for him.

I can tell you that Hayes is in no position to have quit anything. Contrary to news reports, the great writer, singer and musician suffered a stroke on Jan. 17.

Hope that's not true or Hayes may find himself in a Felos-owned hospice for "end of life" care.
